I had the most unpleasant experience at the store. During last Christmas I came in the store and the staff at the store convinced me to move my internet service from another carrier and promised a 300 dollar promotion bonus.
I signed up the service at the store and had been waiting for my bonus ever since. It has 7 months, I called the AT&T reward center and they said it should be a store specific promotion so I need to check with the store. I came to the store 3 times and every time the staff would ask my phone number and promised will follow up. But they has never been a follow up. The last time I came the store manager simply told me that the last store manager has left the store and they don’t have any record at the site.
What a complete waste of my time! And totally a scam sale!! If you can not keep your promise the don’t make false promises!!!!

Was standing for like five minutes before anyone even greeted me . The employees were to busy in their side conversations to even notice someone needed help. Would not come back to this location .

Liyah from the ATT store in Valley Fair was fantastic! She was organized, knowledgeable, friendly and was absolutely amazing in helping us sort through a new Apple purchasing issue we ran into (at the Apple Store funny enough). Really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend her for any customer service needs!

The times that I have written reviews are very few. After looking at the reviews there are a few negative ones, they are most likely because of old management. I went in yesterday @ around 7 to pay off the rest of my phone because the camera was damaged and to then upgrade to a new one. I couldn't be more grateful to have been approached by a manager named Clarissa. She saved me a good chunk of money because I had forgotten that I had the insurance and she helped me file an insurance claim. So I only had to pay $250 for a complete replacement of the phone!! If it wasn't for her giving me all the options she could've I would've ended up spending more money than I did!!

Owen and Zaria were incredibly helpful while helping my father get his new phone and aided us to switch our internet plan to AT&T. The staff was so nice. Such a good experience. A couple of happy customers.

Marcos Garza at Valley Fair AT&T was professional, patient, friendly. I was so happy to have him help with some equipment return from my office. He was super patient and helpful and made the process as easy as they could and ended up fixing the problem I had. Highly recommend, great customer service.
