They were able to help me with my questions, but I’ve been to AT&T units that has people more polite and not on a rush to help us. In my experience at this store, the store was empty, and even with this fact the person was on a rush to help me.

Jai was my representative has gone above and beyond to help me out. Super friendly and understood my issue (lost my phone and need a new one right away).I feel bad for him since he worked overtime after 7PM to resolve my issue. As the eSIM on my new phone was not getting activated.Thank you Jai

Had a pleasant experience switching to att with help from Alondra and Jaime. It seemed like Jaime joined recently, but carefully went through the process. The way Alondra explained him the steps was great and made sure everything went smooth.

5/19 update: they claim they cannot refund us because they have no invoice for the phone, which I one in my email. So what happens now to the phone I paid for? It should be mailed to me.Edited to add: now the DM is harassing me from a phone number I’m unable to reach him back at. They are playing even more games saying they will help at a certain time and when we show up they’re going to make us wait 15-20minutes because they’re with another customer, and trying to BLAME US. Alondra is lying to me about what she told my husband. What a joke of a store. Where’s the DM?!? Do you work?!? Why didn’t you handle this TWO WEEKS AGO!Terrible experience here recently. Ordered a phone upgrade online on Sunday, April 30th, and all we had to do was pickup the phone. After 30min of waiting due to other customers and only 1 rep, it was our turn. Once the store rep was finally able to get it out of the safe 10min later, something wasn’t working right in their system. He video chatted with someone, presumably a manager, to show the screen and what was happening. After at least a half hour of trying to figure this out there was no resolution.We were told he couldn’t give us the phone, they would cancel the order, and we would have to come back tomorrow to repurchase. When I questioned him, he said the phone wouldn’t be back in inventory until tomorrow. What he wasn’t telling us was that’s because only the manager could cancel the order and he wasn’t willing to come in. I needed a phone that same day so I said no thank you I’ll go somewhere else then.He said I should see the pending charge drop off my account the next day. Instead we found that we were charged the full $1300 for a phone we never received. We have called the store MULTIPLE TIMES to only be hung up on and/or left with excuses by Alondra that only the DM could run the return and he wasn’t there. So when does the DM show up because it’s been TWO WEEKS now and we still haven’t been refunded our money ($1300). Not to mention the initial man that helped us hasn’t been back in the store any of the times we’ve called.We’ll never go back to this AT&T store. You need to do better.

Amazing staff! I understood that there was only a couple of employees at the time and was patient enough to wait. Alondra was super helpful and made everything super easy to understand. Definitely would come back.

Alondra was amazing. I went to the store this afternoon to get help on an issue. She was able to help me figured it out and her creative thinking saved me some dollars. Her service was nothing less than superb. I'm glad that I stopped by this store. Another good reason why I stay an AT&T customer for years. Thank you again!
