I went here to service my Mercedes for brake pad replacement as it was the absolute best price I could find anywhere in San Jose. Not only are all the employees really friendly and attentive but they made sure to get me in quickly and made it a point to tell me they are full service which is exactly what I was needing for my car soon as well. I ended up coming back again for a service, got all my broken and old lights replaced (which was no easy task considering I had a missing spring) and Greg went above and beyond to make sure the team was able to check all my boxes for the most reasonable price. Referring all my friends and family here from now on!

We have 4 trucks for our business, and I know nothing about car engines. The workers of autoland explains the situation clearly each time I need a repair. I don't even consider other auto shops anymore, this is the only place I need

My car was worked on and all repairs were done perfectly and was treated fairly. Great to have an independent shop make Tesla repairs!

My Nissan Rogues transmission went out and I brought it to them and they said it would cost over $5k but Greg told me I could get this 06 BMM for around the same price w/NO LEAKS, which was the main concern I always ask about, and less than 2 year old rebuilt tranny, but needed a brake assembly for parking brake and the ABS module. Said if I got the part they'd do it for free.Drive it hime, transylvania problems since day one AND leaks all over my driveway.like pulling teeth to get the leak he said wasn't there fixed, over $800 in rental car fees, and once caused it to overheat cuz I picked it up after they supposedly fixed the leak AGAIN, BUT NEVER DID, EVEN STILL,AND FORGOT TO PUT THE ENGINE BACK TOGETHER. COULDNT EVEN FINGER TIGHTEN THE BOLTS!!!! A hose from the coolant reservoir to the engine was broken and so it lost all coolant and overheated which also meant the leak was bigger and worse. Still having transmission slippage and he originally told me it had over a year left on the warranty but the owner now says that he won't honor it, tried to say the tyranny warranty was only 3 month, but I told him Greg said 3 years and it had over a year left on it, so the brandon, owner, said it would only be honored from the previous owner with his paperwork and he refused to help me. He bought my Nissan and had it up and running and sold withing a week and got it for only a few hundred bucks, made me leave my rubber mats in it and my car seat protecters plus a BRAND NEW BATTERY. HE MADE A HUGE PROFIT ON MY CAR and completely lied and ripped me off on this POS with leaks and issues of all kinds. Back seat as with water when it rains, the batter died right away and they were ignorant to the fact it needs coded and registered to keep the car and all parts running properly so that messed up alot of things I had to pay to fix also. I had to pay a mobile mechanic when it overheated due to their negligence then had to prove it to Brandon. He paid me back for the hose. But I paid the mobile guy plus had to get the part and then I had to end up fixing it myself!!! And the thing they said didn't leak when I got it is still leaking and they claim it's a new leak even tho it leaks exactly in the same spit and same size In my driveway since day one. And a week after purchase the engine light is on and I have an obd which says it's the catalytic converter. I've referred so many people here but I have since told then how shady they really are now that I have had some more interaction other than the oil changes or tune up. I mean, they were so negligent to give my car back without even putting it back together and with a broken hose? Something isn't right..lack of sleep? Why is that? And now refuse to honor the warranty I was told I could do? I mean I've been pretty nice not to sue before that, now they say it wasn't the shop it was a private owner and nothing to do with the shop? Let's see about that. They will be paying an attorney to fight me in court about it regardless. They thought I was just some stupid woman that didn't know anything about cars and they could con me. OK, we will find out in court. I'm not letting this one go. Not til I feel I got what I was told I would or my money back, at least all the rental car fees cuz nothing ever got fixed only got worse and more issues everytime I took it in. Shame on them. Plus the automotive bureau is gonna be notified as well. BEWARE B4 GOING HERE! THEY CLAIM WHOLESALE AND DISCOUNT BUT ITS ONLY GIFT OF GAB TYPICAL SALESMAN MANIPULATION. THEY ARENT BETTER PRICED THAN THE AVERAGE SHOP BUT THEY ALSO ARENT AS EFFICIENT OR TRUST WORTHY. I RECOMMEND ANY OTHER MECHANIC THAN THEM IF U WANT THE PROBLEM U HAVE FIXED THE FORST TIME OR AT ALL.

A friend referred me to Autoland after I received a high quote from my regular mechanic for a starter. Greg quoted me a price 50% less without even knowing my other quote. He was able to get me in quickly and get my car on the road. I'll definitely be back since they do ALL auto work, except for painting. My friend has been going to Greg for many years and told me I'd get an honest and fair quote, he was right!

Brandon guided me through my options in repairing the rear brakes on my 2020 BMW 330i, right before I had to return it back to BMW at year end, since my lease was up. He replaced my brake pads, my rotors were fine; he only suggested the minimum necessary work for my car, and he was less than 1/2 what the BMW dealership would have charged me, for the same or better work. Brandon's customer service was 5+ out of 5-Stars, and he accommodated my last minute request by squeezing me in to his very busy schedule. If you need brake work, or any auto repair work on your car including BMWs, Mercedes, Audi's, etc. you HAVE TO go to Autoland. They are very trustworthy, do excellent work, have the best customer service, and is an all-around tremendous experience!!! - Allan

Gregg always remembers me, my cars, and my kids cars. They have been able to fix anything I throw at them. A little more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for.

I took my radiator in to see if it could be repaired and was told that the charge would be $185. I was also told that I would be more if it needed a new core but I would be called and informed. It was a Thursday when I dropped off the radiator and was told I would receive a call the following day. I never got a call until Tuesday informing me that I can pick it up. When I went to the shop I was told the charge was $762 for the repair when I ask why so much Greg said it needed a new core. I told him why didn’t you call and inform me his reply was “you didn’t get a call” I said no. He said he has been out sick and apologized. I told him I could have bought a brand new radiator for the same amount he charged me. Needless to say I would not recommend AutoLand to anyone. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Took my Jeep for a brake replacement. The price was the best among all 9 shops I called around the area. The service is on point and they got my car in time for me to travel despite being really busy and me not notifying them about dropping off my car. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Toyota dealer told me to prep for a new car because my 04' Corolla had an engine leak that eventually wouldn't be worth a repair. Found Autoland online and Craig and the team took great care of me. Also got a great deal on 4 new tires. Finally done with the dealership! I've had HORRIBLE experiences with local mechanics, but finally have a place I can trust. Thanks guys!

I just check my brakes and replaced the pads and rotors for $400 after one week the brakes don’t work. I was almost involved in an accident. I just back there and I had to spend more than $615 again to repair the hydraulic system brakes. By surprise The brakes starts hard to and sometimes there’s no brake, the pedal is completely hard. Well, spending $1,015 in brakes and the problem is persistent!I suggest you to find another place to repair your car.
