Everything is great until you need to make a return. The return policies are predatory and not aligned with what is listed as return conditions on the receipt. We bought a Mini Frances for my mom from this store when visiting and she wanted to return it with the gift receipt, the store would not allow her to return using the gift receipt and said the original form of payment needed to be present to return. The receipt terms do not state that an original receipt or form of payment is required for returns. We live in a different state from my mom and their solution was to tell her to overnight the bag to us so we could return it here. When questioned, they just kept repeating “this is our policy” even though it is not listed anywhere. Awful customer service when you’re not just there to spend money. I spend thousands at Burberry every year and I would never shop here again.

I think this burberry store used to be good but the people here are just rude and unprofessional. Unlike other burberry stores that are welcoming, the salesperson here just doesn't seem interested in helping you. I brought a trench over for repair and the salesperson asked me if i got it from the outlet (are you not familiar with your own products?) and told me I can't return it(??? i need repair). Eventually they told me it can't be repaired (not true as I know other burberry stores can do it), and finally told me SF store can repair it after I told them it is impossible. They also admitted they could ship it to NJ for repair. So disappointed with the service here, especially after burberry's quality gas gone downhill over the years.

Had pretty poor service here today. I ordered an item for pick up and after receiving an original confirmation email, I got a second email confirming pick update and time. I walked in and was greeted by security (they were kind). However once I went into the show room the SAs were on their phone and neither looked up. I had to cough and ask for help. Once I let them know about my order the promptly handed it to me in silence after checking my ID. it was just so painfully awkward and not welcoming whatsoever. I wasn't even sure the transaction was complete until she said "bye". Given I'm paying fairly steep prices for products here, I'd think there would be common courtesy.

The rep helping me was very nice (I felt no pressure to buy, which is nice). I was looking for a particular purse and she showed me the different colors and different styled purses I could potentially buy for my needs when going to work.

Terible and dump customer service ! Bought a sweater Few month from the outlet ! They forgot to open the security sensor , we came to thjs store and asked for help ! But they refused and ask for receipt! We provided and they keep asking for physical instead of email rc! Never seen any stupid employees like this store !

My friend help me purchase something in Hawaii, it didn't fit so I went to exchange for a bigger size but I had to pay difference. At least Louis Vuitton didn't charge me difference in price when I return something I bought from Hawaii to exchange in California.

What a joke. Bought boat shoes in June 2021. Worn a few times. Soul still completely intact. But the back is somehow ripping. For $400+, think it's nonsense. Take them in. And my how RUDE this whole crew was. No mention of repairs. Acting like I'm asking for some free s**** No consideration at all for the fact that the product should last and I remember being told that I had a year for repair or replacement. Even confirmed this with a high level Burberry person prior to bringing them in. You don't want to replace, I get it. But no offer of even a contact for repair. Acting like I'm insane to bring them in. Visible signs of disgust and loud sighing. Slouchy body language. Talking to each other instead of me. And pretty sure I saw an eye roll. Congratulations, you just lost a customer for life. Poorly made products with a free side of attitude? No thanks.

This is my favorite brand. They have trendiest coats and purses. Happy with the sale person there too, very helpful and polite. Very good customer service. I rather spend my money here instead of LV Valley Fair.

The store has an absolutely absurd policy of limiting the number of customers allowed into the store allegedly to prevent retail theft. Who in their right mind is going to stand in line to be allowed to shop? The store has little on display that wouid be of interest to a thief to start with. If a mob is going to engage in organized theft they are just going to push past the d*** a** at the door while potential customers just walk away. Shop someplace else or wait until their going out of business sake. The place can't survive operating like this.
