I think Carmelita does a great job and has gone beyond in helping me figure things out when they got a bit complicated. She gives me an idea of what to look forward to for the next year.I have all but respect for this wonderful woman. Totally recommend her services.

Based on my mom's experience, it's just bad. The first time my mom went here a 3 years ago, everything was fine and my mom was still working. Now that my mom's no longer working and retired, Carmelita practially messed her taxes. She began adding things on my mom's return that no longer apply to her (ie, her work status is retired), and using a form that no longer goes with her status. It didn't help that Carmelita told my mom she can just walk in, but she ended up waiting over 2 hours. She completely messed up everything on her return. I don't understand what's happened to Carmelita, but she needs to pay attention to what someone is telling her and what they are showing her for their taxes.
