Great experience at this Chase branch! I came in on Saturday close to closing time, and Jojo Zhang was still very patient, professional, and helpful. She never made me feel rushed and provided excellent service. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

Went in to retrieve statements from closed accounts, staff were friendly and helpful, great location. They printed and organized the statements for me, went above and beyond what I was expecting.

It was really difficult for me to understand what one of the banker was speaking. His service was mostly passive and I felt like I was on my own. I would probably go to another branch next time.
