I called regarding online banking of newly opened account and David was very helpful, much more helpful than the banker who opened the account for us. I wish I had opened the accounts with David.

What a dreadful bank in general Citi is. If you have a problem or in an unusual situaiton -e.g you are abroad, the service is poor. The lines to speak to someone can be very muffled and always have to ask to speak to a supervisor. Branch manager seems to have a cushy job - frequently never there, and no responsiveness.
