Wish I could give a negative review. I’ve come here 3 different occasions trying to go to the dressing room and try the clothes on and it’s always closed. I love cotton on clothes and just want a pair of shorts so badly but I’m sick and tired of the poor management. Not to mention all the employees seem like the most miserable people in all of Santa Clara. Unreal.

The clothes are great but the sales are always terribly misleading and every time I shop here and I check my receipt there was an error. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Love Cotton On but this location's fitting rooms are closed too often. I can't buy clothes without trying them on. Please let me give you my money!

Clothing is ok, some good, some bad, but the fact that you can't try anything on but you CAN bring clothes home and get your entire household's biological elements on it and THEN return it.... ridiculous. We just came again to get jeans and they have now removed all mirrors from the store, so you can't even hold something up to visualize what it might look like. Why??? Incredibly frustrating and not service driven at all.

I don't have any recent photos since I haven't been inside stores since late 2019, but have called the Cotton On Kids store at Valley Fair to check inventory and sizing. The staff there are some of the nicest, most helpful people that are super kid-friendly. If/when you shop there, please be kind to the staff. They're really wonderful people.

I just got yelled at by an employee for attempting to try on an over-shirt and for my mask being below my nose. While I accept that I wasn't aware of my mask slipping down (I wear glasses because my vision is blurry so sometimes they push down my mask without my knowing), I did not know I wasn't allowed to try clothes on. Furthermore there are no mirrors in the store so I can't even hold the item up to myself to see it, so you are forced to buy the item and painstakingly take it home and try it and then decide if it works. I work in retail too and my store allows people to try on clothes and we've never had a problem - there is also no proof that Covid can be spread through clothes. The main thing I'm upset about is that the employee shouted at me *in front of other customers* the entire return policy and then told me to pull up my mask. The people watching both me and her looked very uncomfortable, and I was humiliated. I understand the safety concern but if you have to say these things to customers, perhaps pull them aside and tell them privately or softly, instead of loudly in front of everyone and embarrass them publicly. I was so humiliated that I returned my items instead of buying more, because after being humiliated in front of everyone, I wasn't quite in a shopping mood anymore. I have personally never yelled at a customer at my work for any reason, let alone publicly. I had also not been to Cotton On in a couple years and wanted to get back into it. Not gonna happen. Thanks for ruining my entire day. I hope someone publicly humiliates you too.

Manager Angelica refused to give an additional discount for a faulty product I brought to her attention about with visible oil stains. See picture attached. I went ahead and proceeded with the purchase anyway but left unhappy with the customer service and emailed corporate. What happened to the good managers who don't act like the money is coming out of their personal wallets as if the product was made by their own hands. Excellent customer service brings repeated customers and long term higher revenue not just daily sales goals. That's it for my Ted Talk! Thanks for reading.

The coupon that we just got for $10 which we never redeemed, was said to have been redeemed. What a joke. This is how they pull you in the store and make sure you also don’t get the coupon discount. Worst customer service. The clothes are just average quality that can be had for lot cheaper in other places.
