We recently bought a desk for our home office and the experience we had is quite unbelievable so bare with the long review. First, when we went to their location there was only one show room area where they have a few cubicles, and the rest we had to look at a catalogue. Which btw a lot of other office furniture places have the same catalogue. We looked at other places and decided Cubicle Resources had the best pricing, we contacted Jose multiple times before he even picked up, voicemail was full. He placed the order for us and told us it would arrive by Monday at 3pm, he never sent us an invoice until I texted him and he only sent me the full pricing, no breakdown, even after I asked for a breakdown. On Monday around 2:30pm I tried contacting Jose to see if they were on their way because we had to move other office furniture around in order for the new furniture to fit, heard back from him at 3:30pm saying that the furniture never arrived. This sucked for us because we had to cancel on clients, and move the furniture back. We then called him again and asked about the pricing since he quoted us something different from what he had originally told us, and asked him when the furniture would arrive. He said he would send his employees to go pick it up the next day and deliver it to us, the next day came and he told us he couldn't get the furniture. I contacted him to see what time on Wednesday they would drop off the furniture and he did not contact me until Wednesday at 9AM saying they were on their way, would've wished he had told us the day before. They arrived with the furniture on Wednesday, and the adjustments we had asked him to make were not made even though we sent him pictures of the same desk we already had plus measurements so he knew exactly what we needed. His employees told us they would be back same day around 4pm to install the adjusted pieces, so once again we had to cancel on clients, and they never showed up. We only paid $1,000 out of the $1,300 just in case they never came back, It is now Friday and I have yet to hear back on when they will be coming with the missing parts.Update:It is now Monday 3/29/23... 6 days later and we still haven't received our missing parts or a text or a call with an update.Also I'm sure some of the good reviews that say "Nice work, good pricing" with 5 stars are made by employee's or family members.

Never a bad experience, always upfront and on time. Been doing business with them for 25 years. Previous post is just not true...I was actually there that day.

This place sells stolen furniture.We just filed a police report for furniture they stole and refuse to release to the proper owners.

I came in and waited. I asked for help and got ignored. Didn't even bother helping me. Terrible. Waited over 10 minutes and not even a greeting. Waste of time.
