They had a good selection of exotic cars. I was disappointed that after paying $750 a day for rental that they only allowed you to drive 50 miles. But they had great service. Will most likely try some of their other vehicles they offer.

One of my best rental pickup experiences ever. Honestly even my phone experience with Mandy was phenomenal. I am currently in the Audi Q3 and this was the only Enterprise in the area with higher-end cars. Had to take along override from home but it was definitely worth it. I did have to wait about 45 minutes for my car because they were so swamped, but the friendly customer service, the excellent car, and the great price left me accepting the situation as it was and leaving this 5-star review

Enterprise service was excellent in delivering and picking up while my car at the auto body shop in San Jose. The Model X I rented was fine, and the folks, especially Marco, at the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise was first rate.

I am Absolutely Satisfied with the service and the car I purchased from here! Rebecca and Ly both took such great care of me; excellent customer service and all around caring people. I felt no pressure to buy, Rebecca made me feel comfortable about my budget and went over what was in my price range and really worked with me to find a car just for me. She was so patient with me and didn't rush me at all while looking at different make and models. And I'm loving my new car! Ly also combed over the contract to make sure all the specifications were to my liking and understood; no fast talk or hustle. I was recommended here from my sister who also had a great experience with Christian and Dave. I would recommend this place for anyone trying to buy a car, especially if it's they're first time buy. I can't thank Rebecca and Ly enough

Worst rental car experience I had. Made a reservation at 9:30 am, been waiting for almost an hour, and yet no one show up at the location at all. Tried calling the store manager, no response.

Reserved an exotic today. Manager Bryce literally did not show up, did not answer our phone calls, and we had to cancel our reservation. Taking our biz somewhere else. Don't rent here. We spent 45 minutes at the facility and NO ONE SHOWED UP...even tho we made a $800+ reservation. Save yourself time time.

I had to rent a vehicle from here for the duration of my vehicle's repair. Unfortunately, I got rear-ended and had to wait for over 1 month to bring in the vehicle for repair. My insurance company had a $30/day car reserved for me at a different Enterprise-Rent-A-Car location. Since I wanted to drive something equivalent to what I have been driving, I negotiated with the insurance company for $100/day. Bryce from here was so helpful in getting a car for that price and came to pick me up at the car body shop where I was dropping the car off. He got there before me and waited patiently until I was done with the paperwork there. I enjoyed driving the car for almost a month. My initial contract was for a week and when I had to extend it further, I just gave a phone call to Bryce and told him I don't know when the repair is going to be done but when I get to know I would let him know. He was fine with it and I didn't have to call him or inform him again until the day I was dropping the vehicle off. Even to drop it off, I didn't have to go to that location. I dropped it off at a nearby Enterprise and got a ride from there to the body shop. Bryce was so helpful in dealing with my insurance company when I need some paperwork. I would highly recommend this place. Didn't have any issues with them at all.

I went to get a car from one enterprise place and they told us the exotic car place was a mile and we walked over there and they went to lunch even after he knew we were coming. Then told us it was going to an hour. Sad thing is he is the manager. I will never rent from here again.

I was unfortunately involved in a car accident where we needed a vehicle for almost 5 months during the repairs. Bryce and his team turned what was a very frustrating and challenging situation for our family into the most pleasant and convenient one!! Bryce exceeded the level of "exceptional customer care and service" and created an entirely new category!! He went above and beyond for our family during this challenging time, and always checked in and made sure we were taken care of. "Concierge service" is what I would sum up our experience to be. I highly recommend working with this team when you have a need for a rental. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you!!

My car was smashed in the rear. I reached out to Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. Enterprise went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company paid for the entire replacement vehicle for the entire duration of the rental. Insurance company 0 stars, Enterprise 5 stars.

I reached out to Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise. My Lexus was smashed up in the rear and the insurance company. Enterprise went above and beyond to ensure the Insurance company gave me a replacement vehicle, that the vehicle was equivalent to my own and that the insurance company paid for every day.

The absolute worst rental place. Make sure you get everything in writing. They will switch a verbal agreement. The staff changes frequently and there is no trace of agreement with insurance payment methods.
