There is a reason Express had to file for bankruptcy and had to close down so many stores. I received an item after 10 days of placing the order, pretty slow even for ground shipping. On top of that, the store didn’t accept the return because it was out of 30 day return window which starts from the day you place the order.
The quality and style of clothes has also gone down hill. I used to be a frequent customer but will not shop from here again.

Workers couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation and do their job. They continued their loud and not work appropriate conversation despite the large amount of people shopping in the store. Store felt like a ghost town.

I bought a pant last week and it got broken with 10 inches long hole just after a day of my shopping. The store doesn’t accept any refund or exchanges!
Updates: I can return the product and get the refund after contacting customer service email.

Fatima was super helpful. I had issues with an online order that I had been trying to resolve online and through the customer service center, and Fatima took care of it in like 15 min. Top notch service at this store.

This review is specifically for Express Men as that is where I have shopped. As an Express Insider, I definitely recommend this place for young men looking to improve their style. The quality is much higher than that of a fast fashion, the price is reasonable but they often have sales, and the service/stylists are great. The selection is broad and there is something for every guy no matter the age, body type, or style preferences. Express does a good job of keeping their style updated to the current style trends, while also being timeless.
