I haven’t had Boba for a long time. Dream Coffee is an old brand of the hand-crank shop. I spent my youth and summer vacations in various Dream Coffee branches during my student days. Today I have a cup of Honey Pearl Green Tea ($6.75) to reminisce about the days when it took me everywhere. Girlfriends running away.

I ordered a small muddy Okinawa Green Milk Tea w/ boba and used a free size upgrade I had. They charged me extra for the boba, but my drink didn’t include the topping. The cup was also extremely sticky to the touch when I got it. Nowadays bubble tea is a rare treat for me, so it’s a shame to order a boba drink with no boba. I usually just let the baristas know, but they were super eager to close so couldn’t.

Good service, cute lil corner store ambiance Green mango black tea was shockingly very sweet. Two toppings are pre-added. I switched one of them out for lychee jelly. It was good overall jsut wished I made sweetness 30%

My go-to boba place. I love the fruit teas and my daughter enjoys the milk teas. Service is pretty good, they are always able to accommodate my drink to my liking. Location is great, you can take your drink to enjoy at the nearby park. Overall a great place.

I just wanted an Okinawa hot tea. They asked if I wanted any additions and I said boba. I also wanted less sweetness. But somehow what they were saying was not clear to me and what I was saying was not clear to them also I guess. Finally I ended up getting an excruciatingly sweet drink, there was brown stuff floating probably Oreos and also no boba like I asked. Could not drink it at all and it was not cheap. I gave it to my husband and even he couldn't drink it. Disappointed.

Requested Okinawa roasted Milk tea with half sugar and no baba, instead received one with Oreos and full sugar and boba. Tasted very bad and had to throw it away. Won’t come again. This is my second bad experience here.

I have been a regular customer here (even though the taste is not great) as it is near my house. I always had the milk (in milk teas) substituted with oat milk/almond milk. But the new staff (one in the counter) now says that she can’t substitute milk. She didn’t even bother to check with the barista even though I told her that it was substituted earlier. This is ridiculous. The business should train the employees to atleast check with the barista when they’re not sure or doesn’t know if the information they are providing is correct.

This place is actually pretty good. Received my drink within 1-2 minutes after I paid for it. No long lines Sunday after 2 pm. Accepts credit cards. Excellent customer service. Staffs know what they're doing. Quick, clean, organized & efficient. Very quite and peaceful atmosphere. Not huge inside. Great place to sit around and chat for hours. Felt great inside. There were a few tables and patio chairs outside. It's really a quick grab and go place. Regular Okinawa milk tea with no toppings, plus the 5-pieces of delicious petite fragola cookies total came out to just under $10. Most Fantasia tea spots are overly crowded and wait time for orders may take much longer. I actually enjoyed this one much better. Taste of the Okinawa milk tea was very fresh and not overly sweet at 50% sugar. I liked it just the way it was, perfect for my tastebud. Plenty of free public parking everywhere today. It's a great neighborhood at Rivermark plaza. I was surprised to see macarons, cakes, and other cookies on display too. They didn't have the buttered garlic bread today. Lots of sweet dessert selections. I think the place is pretty cute and relaxing inside, but there's not much room for more tables or chairs inside. I would definitely stop by again someday.

After attending the CSUEB graduation on Saturday, We were out and about in the San Jose/Santa Clara area on Sunday.A quick search of "Boba near me" led us to this cool little place ?There was already a line formed when we arrived, but it didn't take too long.Service wasn't super friendly, but maybe because there were only two employees and they were busy.We had tried the Muddy Okinawa, and it was pretty tasty ?Oh, the sideboard says Muddy Trios, but don't be confused like I was thinking you could get all flavors. You have to choose your "Muddy". 1. Okinawa 2. Strawberry 3. MangoWe sat outside at the available tables and chairs and enjoyed the calm weather and the relaxing chirping of the birds ? ?⬛ ☺️

The cafe has a variety of boba teas. My favorite boba teas are:1) Okinawa Milk Tea: It tastes great and has a strong flavor of the tea. Muddy Okinawa tea comes with additional chocolate and oreo crumbles. I would recommend going for Okinawa Milk Tea because oreo crumbles overpower the taste of tea.2) Jasmine Milk Tea: you can get either lychee or mango jasmine milk tea. It tastes good.3) Creme Brulee Milk Tea: If you are looking for something sweet, this is a great option.4) Almond Milk tea: This tastes good and has a slightly bitter taste.5) Thai tea.Toppings: Lychee Jelly, Black pearl, and mango popping boba are my favorites. They have very good slush options. I liked Mango slush. It is not too icy.The cafe has outside dining. I recommend taking a walk around the park and enjoying your tea.*ALERT:*Taro Milk tea is not good. It tastes powdery and weird. If you are a Taro Milk Tea lover, you will appreciate the taste of the worst Taro Tea you have ever had before.
