Terri makes all the difference at this store! Had a large order to print booklets in short time. She understood the assignment quickly, demonstrated her knowledge with the software, was able to problem solve and communicated effectively to get the order just how I needed it. Best part, she was not condescending and walked me through the process with a lot of patience. Much thanks to Terri for the positive and productive transaction.

As a Realtor in Silicon Valley, I have found this FedEx office in Santa Clara to consistently provide outstanding customer service. Recently, Lesly helped me with various print requests through phone, email, and in person, and the results were excellent.

So I needed to send a laptop to a data recovery place and I had a QR code but needed help with packaging. It seems like this place is set-up for do it yourself. Fortunately Terri must have saw the ‘deer in the headlights’ look on my face and came to the rescue. She was AWESOME!!! Very helpful, polite, and professional.

Terri is the GOAT!! I had such a great experience shipping a package to my friend. I never usually send packages or even write reviews, but Terri made it so easy I had to give her a shoutout. She helped me select the envelope, setup the address, and walked me through delivery options. Will definitely come back again for anything related to shipping.

Big Thanks to George for Amazing Service!
I had a big coffee machine to return, but I didn’t have the right box for it. George at the FedEx on 2125 El Camino Real helped me find the perfect-sized box and packed it for me. He made sure everything was secure and handled it so professionally.
On top of that, George double-checked everything to made sure I was all set. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Thanks so much, George, for going above and beyond to help me out!

I shipped two books to a friend on standard overnight with Fedex. I went to 2125 El Camino with my package ready with shipping label on it, and they asked me to drop off at the kiosk even thought there was no one waiting at the counter.
There was a huge delay in the delivery and when the package was received, the content was replaced - they received some medical sample instead of the books I shipped.
I called Fedex, and reported this. They said they will check and send back the correct package. They also picked up the delivered one, but they sent it back to my address. Also, there was no update about the actual contents I sent.
I returned the mail at the Fedex office at 2125 El Camino. They said since I dropped off the package at the kiosk, they cannot guarantee that the content will be intact (which was even more annoying! - why do you have a kiosk then?)
I filed a claim, and the claim was denied saying that I'm not the shipper (maybe, because the package was returned to me?). I've spent more than 2 hours with the customer service (called them a total of 5 times) - very irresponsible responses. I'm not sure if they write down what they speak with me - I have to repeat myself over and over again. I'm giving up!

Mehak is very helpful, so are all the other staff members. Very professional and to the point.
Service is top notch. As of May 2024, it's really good place. I dint see any other customer struggling. Everything was happy. I came here twice and had a good experience both times.

The slowest FedEx shop I've been to. Only one computer was working to print documents and that din't work at all. Took almost 30 mins to print one document.
