Woh. Best FedEx Print place I’ve ever been too. Usually it’s practically impossible to get any human help at these places these days. I came in to print something at the self-service station and they were slow enough that Shirley, Assistant Manager, asked me if she could help me directly. I admit that I was a bit shocked at the level of customer service. She was so efficient and so professional! I usually go to the location at 560 E El Camino Real, because it’s slightly closer to my house. That location is so bad and the customer service is terrible even when the machines legitimately aren’t working. I will definitely cone to this location from now on. Thanks, Shirley, for making my day.

Very poor customer service experience from manager Angel and the other workers there. I tried to get a digital visa photo taken, after having my first couple of photos rejected from the consulate. The woman at the front desk was immediately hostile towards me when I greeted her. After she took my photo, I politely asked to see it, and she walked away without answering and asked her manager Angel to help me. I pointed out a problem with a shadow in the photo taken and he explained to me it was OK because his computer program validated it. I explained I had already been rejected twice because of similar issues, and he just said OK you don't have to pay for the photo then and have a nice day. I ended up going to a location down the street where they took a bunch of digital photos, helped me pick the best one, and I was in and out in half the time with a smile on my face.

Among the FedEx offices in a five-mile radius, this location offers better customer service. Carlos, in particular, has been incredibly helpful with my shipping needs.

This store has great customer service. Angel helped us with a return. We had to return a product that didn’t fit in the box and he went above and beyond to help us. They have quick and easy kiosks for self service and awesome employees to assist you. We’ll be coming back and we’ll recommend this store to our neighbors

I submitted my order then called right away because I need some large format posters printed out and ready next day at 8am. Angel assured me they would be done in time and even called me before they closed saying he spoke with the over night printer. Really cant thank this team enough for the countless rush print jobs and over quality of work!

Terrible customer service at this FedEx location. A staff member was unnecessarily sarcastic and made the interaction uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone who expects respectful and helpful service.

Mr. Andy doesn’t bother to interact with customers even in the slightest manner. As the most senior service member in this store, he has seen and known everything and anything about life, and doesn’t care about anything else, especially about the customers patiently and quietly waiting in the line. Folks, if you have too much time in life and are too happy, come to work with Andy (if possible at all) to compensate that.

Fed ex is the worst shipping carrier. They will give you problems even if your name is on the package and you provide all documents. I have had the worst experience receiving through fed ex. Not recommended.
