Told me have to replace my tire so refuse to do alignment for me, went to another shop, measured the tread depth in front of me, the tires are all fine.I guess I just got up-sold, never gona come back

My car is always finished so quickly. When I go to drop my car off at my scheduled appointment before my ride even picks me up my car is being pulled into the garage. I would rather bring my car here than to the dealership I bought my car from.

I had a 4-wheel alignment appointment at this location the day before the New Year's Eve. On the way to the appointment, I noticed a tire pressure warning light. Upon arrival, Juan (the service rep) found the leak (a nail) and told me that due to the wear (it's a fairly old tire) the shop could not repair it due to their policy. He gave me several brand/cost recommendations to replace the 3 older tires on my car (one tire was less than one-year old), but did not pressure me to replace the tires at their shop. When I could not decide (I was hoping to get the same brand of the new tires as the one that got the latest, which Firestone did not carry), Juan offered to pump air into the leaking tire so that I could still drive it a few days (it's a slow leak) while deciding on the new tires. He actually also checked my other tires and fill the air to the spec. This experience certainly earns my respect for the shop's professionalism, honesty, and friendliness!

I am so disappointed in my oil change. I came in for an oil change. My friend. Hood recommended that they said that the service is really good and that the price was really good. Neither of those things were true. There is a $30 coupon online to get you in and then once I got in they told me that I have to pay extra for the synthetic oil and what not and ended up being four times as much as it said in the coupon. I offered to pay ahead of time because I had all of my wallet things with me and I knew I'd be in a rush on the way back, but they refuse to take my payment. When I came back to make my payment, I find out that they do not take Apple Pay and so my partner had to drive back in order to pay for my oil change. It was completely inconvenient and nowhere on the building doesn't say that they do not take Apple Pay. I feel at this point it should be a standard, and if it is not accepted than it should be highlighted somewhere that is readable to people before they even enter. Oh, additionally, they told me that my brakes need an inspection which they wanted to charge me for, but I refused it. I wouldn't trust these guys any further than I can throw them. Do not recommend at all do not come here and there are a lot of great places nearby that will do the oil change for a better price .

Terrible service and misleading. I came in to get my breaks fixed. I was called 20 min into leaving my car. My appointment was at 9 am. I came back at 9:35 and was told something else was a priority so I decided to stop the entire service and come back for what was priority and thats what I agreed to. But they charged me for the service anyway and said thats not what was said. That my service was already done when i came back. But i didnt get my car back until 11 am. So yeah, they totally worked on my car even after I said no. thanks Mike. Dont come here.

I came to pick up my car at 11:30 am on Sunday and there is no one at the counter except some technicians working on cars. They said the manager will be back in 30 minutes. How can you be out for 30 minutes during work hours - I don’t understand.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO REPAIRS ! Mike the manager is a liar and a fraud . Tried to steal $2500 from me for repairs they didn’t complete or fix , but I won it back with a 9 month dispute against them with my bank .They use all after market parts and don’t know what they are doing . Beware bad business
