This location is great!!! Very friendly and helpful. They don't try to talk you into products you don't need and really listen to your questions. I needed to purchase another bag of my whey cookies and cream protein powder and I was directed to the appropriate shelves. Right now I'm solely using powders made whey, with at least under 30 grams of protein per serving to get the right amount of blend to mix with my almond unsweetened coconut milk and it taste great! I recommend this place, reminded me of the GNC store in my town. I will continue to shop at GNC and they will price match if you find a lower price elsewhere - thank you!

I normally don't go to GNC to buy supps but last minute I needed a preworkout. I knew which one I wanted but they had them up high so I asked what flavors he had and he replied, "the flavors we have on the shelf. " I wanted to take a picture of him to share what poor customer service looks like. POS

Leaving a review because of the great customer service that I received from associate Javier Molina. I only called in to ask a few questions and did not expect to Javier to go over the top in explaining the difference between a couple products that even a new comer to the gym and fitness lifestyle like me could understand the benefits of and use day to day.

Today I went there ,May Li was rude , she only takes purchase , and made me wait for half hour , finally she told me they did not meet this week sales goal, so she cannot let me return , she sending me to another store, other store in San Jose helped me. I waste one hour , I will never go there again. Bad service.

A bit of everything. For a small mall location, there are enough options here in almost every category that it is worth the trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend especially if you're already in the mall!

I walked into the store and was looking for some specific items. The lady working at the store didn't acknowledge me when I came in. I couldn't tell if she worked there or not. I waited for her to finish doing what she was doing and asked her if she could help me get some Pro Jym from the top of the shelf that I couldn't reach. She did pull the ladder over and helped me grab it. I also needed Redcon1 and they didn't have it on the shelf. She looked bothered when I asked if she could check to see if they had it at another location. I kept smiling and just let her ring me up so I could get out of her hair. Not friendly service.

same issue as the last person, my friend came in to buy a snack for her shift and she comes in, and the employee ( red hair Asian) refuses to ring her up because the employee is on her lunch time ? Only one employee for the whole day apparently ( according to her ) but why doesn't she CLOSE the doors on her lunch? If she's not going to be able to ring anyone up? What's the point ?

Do not come here. I'm writing this review as a way to train your employees better and to show respect to customers. I walked in around 10:30 am and knew what I was buying. I entered this store and right away instead of a "Hello! Good morning," I got a "What do you want?" From the Asian lady with red hair. I was caught off guard because I mean..... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OFF. Second rude remark was when I was already INSIDE the store and I'm picking out my protein when the employee walks up to me and says, "We're closed, we open at 11." And I stare at her in confusion because I'm already inside the store and she let me in? So? Can you sense my confusion here? So obviously I get irritated so I told her, "If you're closed, why'd you let me in?" So she keeps telling me that they're closed. So I tell her "It says GNC opens at 10 am. So that's why I came." And she keeps telling me "Well we're closed. Haha" And we go back and forth because I'm trying to understand why would let me in if you're not open? Well... she kicks me out. Her attitude was not IT. I understand if GNC DID opened later (if that was the case but everywhere I looked it says GNC opens at 10:00 am) and if it were closed, why let me in? Please get better employees or train them better because this isn't it. I do get all of my supplements here but nah, not it. Get your s*** together GNC. I was rooting for y'all.
