I recently rented from Hertz. I received a confirmation e-mail from Hertz and was told to go to Hertz Sta. Clara, Mission Blvd. branch.Upon arriving here (the gps brought us to Marriott Hotel), I was told by the Marriott front desk that there is NO HERTZ in this location anymore and that they have moved out.Tried calling endlessly their customer service to report our issues. It took me a long time before I got through and the customer service representative kept telling us to go to the address which we were in. Useless!We ended up having to cancel the booking! No compensation at all for the time wasted going to the alleged branch, the gas, the time and the effort.Wouldn't get this car rental company again. Their customer service totally suck!Even now, no one has even reached out to apologize for their stupid mistake.Beware!

There's no Jertz location here..This is a Marriott hotel and the telephone number is invalid as there is no hertz location

I'd give it a zero if I could. Can't get hold of a live person to modify rental agreement; wants me to go to the website, but realized that they handed me the wrong paperwork so no rental agreement #. Literally no options without that number. That on top of the extremely slow service at the counter (20 minutes with only one person in front of me). This company deserves to fail!!!.

Helpful staff, good maintained vehicles, only issue with call centre, they never respond properly and most of the time you not able to trace your vehicle at pickup place

This Hertz is just the same as all the others now. Horrible service and a nightmare. I'm not renting with here anymore.

Too many pickup restrictions. Also, they don't answer the phone. So your only option is to find out that you can't pickup a car after you are already there. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

You can only pickup here if you are a gold member AND if it's NOT your first time rental. But they don't say that on the website or anywhete! I came to the location and the car wasn't there. The Marriott front desk told me to call Hertz office (which is about 10 minutes from there) and they told me the restrictions about the pickup. I made the reservation about a week in advance and there was no disclaimer regarding this and no one contacted me to explain this. I'm giving 2 stars because they send me a Lyft free of charge to get me to their office and they also gave me a free upgrade. But still pretty bad from Hertz not saying the restrictions on the website!

Notice that the Hertz desk is inside the Marriott hotel, so no need to drive around looking for it. There is usually only one agent at this location so it may get backed up, but I have had pleasant experiences so far.

Came here no resavtation .2pm super quite season and time.no one there. there was phone coverd super dust. Direct talk to staff. They say 45 min waiting. such a great service country in U.S.

Car in perfect condition, very nice (although quite busy) employee, BUT you shouldn't rely on the "Free Pick Up" service. I haven't been picked up and apparently I wasn't the first customer that day with this problem.

Even if you are only one person, without a lot of luggage. Don't be stupid, go for a midsize... lot more comfortable, and a lot more sporty than a compact.
