Interstellar Gymnastics is a phenomenal facility for ages 3-15, focusing on basic development of gymnastics strength, balance, agility, endurance, and flexibility. It offers classes for tumbling, trampoline, and parent-tots, and is one of few gyms offering adult classes. The instruction is fantastic, with amazing, fun, and knowledgeable coaches who provide a lot of individual attention. Classes are very small with an emphasis on exploration, fun, and serious skills in a relaxed, safe environment. It is located inside EVO gym, allowing parents to work out while watching their children.
