I ordered a chocolate lava cake for breakfast. I also ordered egg rolls and the sourdough breakfast jack. Nice size dining area. Overall clean bathroom but you need a code to use it.

I went to Jack in the Box at 2485 Augustine Dr Santa Clara CA at 11:20 am today 3/8/2024 to pick up a mobile order they substituted chicken when I order fish there was 2 different orders where this done I explained to the lady at the drive thru window that how can you substitute and don't tell the customer when you go to pick up, the order you can have a food allergy I was also told that in order to receive a refund I would have to go in the mobile app or online to receive a refund there is nowhere on the app or the website where you can cancel and get a refund I was also told to call the only number you can call is the investor number. I have disputed these charges with my credit card and would also demand that Jack in the box reverse these charges and when they make substitutions that they inform the customer and they can make the decision whether they want to cancel and be refunded. This is a bait and switch tactic that any national chain corporation should automatically refund the customer not have to go the my bank and dispute charges.

This jack specifically always does an amazing job! They get my order correct every time, the atmosphere is clean, the workers are friendly, and most important of all? The food is fresh!

Regarding shop #4388, which is situated at 2845 Augustine Dr. in Santa Clara, CA 95054. My staff was racist and treated me badly. As a disabled individual who paid for my meal, my sole request was to use the restroom. She said it was malfunctioning. However, there isn't a sign saying such. What was frustrating was that a sizable gathering of folks showed up a short while later. She handed the restroom code without hesitation, and these are not even paying customers. It was between 6:30 and 7 p.m. on December 9, 2023. What a disgusting and racist conduct! Please check the CCTV footage to be sure.Watch out for this branch! This branch will no longer receive my support! I'm going to file a complaint with the ADA next.

The person running the drive through tonight rushed me as I ordered, asking what else, what else, does that complete your order as I was speaking and had only ordered one thing. When I said I had more to order, he asked me to wait, then did the same thing as I ordered. I spoke quickly and had my order ready. I wasn't taking my time to order or making him wait for my next item. He was interrupting my ordering to ask what else.When he passed me my food, he handed it to me and let go before I had a chance to grab it. When i caught it, the bag ripped, and my order fell to the ground. He said whoa careful, you didn't grab the bag." He didn't give me a chance to grab it. I proceeded to pick up the mess on the ground and put it in the ledge so other drivers wouldn't run over it and mess up their cars with the sauce packets and what-not. He said, "Stop, we will clean up "your" mess and remake your food. We waited another 5 minutes in the parking lot, and when he brought my food out, he said, "Are you ready? I don't want you to drop it again." The audacity. I didn't drop it, he hand it to me rudely, and the bag ripped. This was not my fault, and I 100% did not deserve to be berated by some guy in the drive-thru who obviously needs to slow down a bit and not rush the customers. He did not include ranch when he brought the order the second time and didn't wait around long enough for me to look at the order. We had jalapeño poppers without ranch. We did get honey mustard, which we didn't ask for. This person should not be running the drive thru. Absolutely awful service. I have never been treated so rudely in a druve-thru. Maybe he is handling drunk people or rude people all evening. I get it, but I am not one of those people. 2 thumbs down.After reading several reviews, it seems this is a consistent problem. Get rid of the issue.

I hit the drive thru and ordered a supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich, which I had seen on the app. The order was repeated back to me. I parked to eat and realized they gave me croissant. I was hungry and didn't feel like going back so I just ate it. Even though the woman that took my order didn't speak very good English she did repeat the order back to me so she must have at least understood me on some level. I'm not a fan of the croissants hence the reason I ordered sourdough. It's really frustrating that this location regularly botches simple orders, I think i it's time to try another location

December 17,2023 at 5:00 pm hungry drove to Jack in the box .i wanna dine in door was close cant get in.I notice they having some kind of party inside Jack in the box there's people and alot of different kind of food.I mean it look like a fast food restaurant. The manager should have rented a place to do the gathering like chuck & cheese.What a waste of my time gas & energy.
