I worked with Alice to find my wedding shoes, and I just want to say — she was truly wonderful. She made sure that I received my shoes on time, kept tracking and updating me throughout the whole process, and checked in to make sure I felt good, supported, and confident. The shoes arrived perfectly, and everything turned out smooth and beautiful — just like I hoped. Thank you, Alice, for being patient, thoughtful, and truly caring.

Working with Alice was honestly a joy ride. Not only was she sweet and very efficient, but also understanding and patient. She searched the entire store all weekend for a pair of shoes we wanted to buy that said it was in stock, but went missing. Had a wonderful time picking out my wedding heels. I am absolutely in love with what I chose and I can’t wait to wear them on my big day.
Jimmy Choo is known for beautiful white and nude bridal heels. After being disappointed at other designer shoe stores in Valley Fair, I was pleasantly surprised that Jimmy Choo had options that fit my shoe size of 6.5, I find the selection in other stores in this mall to be so limited!
There were no other customers in the store on a Wednesday evening. Alice helped me select and try on a few options. She was patient and kind! I recommend this store to any bride looking to splurge on a nice pair of bridal heels.

Anh and Alice are both amazing SAs to work with. I purchased the Saeda 85 in ivory in the recent past and they were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. Inside of the boutique is clean and organized. They also gave me insole adhesives for maximizing comfort when wearing the heels. Also, I think Alice sprayed some perfume on the shopping bag when she gave it to me. It smelled wonderful!

Alice was absolutely incredible with helping me resolve an issue. I purchased a pair of Rome Sneakers online and unfortunately had a tear appear in the leather with just a few months of use. While on vacation in San Francisco, I stumbled onto this Jimmy Choo store and decided to pop in to ask if this is normal. Alice went above and beyond - not only did she offer me a few options to resolve on the spot, she gave me a shipping label to send the shoes back for repair after I got back home in DC.
I mailed them in and Alice helped coordinate with the repair techs in the area. There was amazing communication throughout the process. I received the shoes back this week along with a handwritten note. I am blown away by the care and service!
A huge thanks to Alice for going above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed.

I can't thank Alice enough! She was incredibly helpful in guiding me to my dream wedding shoes. What truly impressed me was her dedication in following up with UPS on several occasions, which was crucial in making sure I got my shoes in time for the big day. Highly recommend Alice!

The shop assistants at this store are awesome. Especially “Alice”!
I live in Connecticut and recently had to purchase a pair of Jimmy Choo’s for my fiance and we were very tight on time after online ordering it was unsuccessful and the pair that was shipped was in awful condition. When we returned those pair they had ran out of the size online and the only store carrying it was in California! I contacted them hopelessly but they were really supportive and caring. Alice made every effort to reassure us of the quality and condition of the shoe (given we had no faith after the online purchase experience) by sending so many pictures and videos. It didn’t even stop there. She made sure to deliver it to us in time by sending it with next day air and waiving the shipping costs.
Once we received the shoes, they were perfect and gift wrapped. She had also included extra fabric bags in the box!
Alice totally reversed our prior bad experience with Jimmy Choo and went the extra mile. We are very grateful of what she did!

Beautiful store and amazing shopping experience! I spent months trying to find my wedding shoes before finally deciding to make the 1-hr drive down. Alice and the other sales reps were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, even though I spent over an hour deciding. They carried basically everything I wanted to try on in my size. I ended up saying yes to the perfect heels here!

I was SO lucky enough to get in touch with Alice within this store for the last pair of shoes for my wedding! She was so accommodating, so sweet, and super FAST! She saved the day!!! I waited last minute and realized there was one size left within the whole company and called her right away and she placed the order to me within minutes! If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to ask for Alice, she is a saint!!*UPDATE 10/12: I just received my shoes from Alice & wow what a thoughtful human she wrote me a hand written card and gave me an extra “something blue” dust bag for my wedding day! How thoughtful!!!! Wish she lived closer so I can give her a big hug! The shoes are just stunning! I am obsessed!

Alice is very kind, knowing that I didn't receive a gift when I bought shoes for my birthday last year, so she made up for it this year. Some services are indeed that you can't buy online.
