I have become a fan of LV and love my little purse I bought a few months ago. Now I'm looking for a bigger bag and they are gorgeous but expensive!! I gave the masked girl my name and waited my turn to examine more purses. It was fun but I didn't buy anything today. :( The purse I wanted is $2500. LV bags are gorgeous and so well made. They don't sell knock off bags and burn leftover inventory.

Store become just amazing after renovation. Customer service not comparable with LV SF, LV NY, LV Milan!Manager Michelle is doing great job - help you get what you want from other LV USA location!!Highly recommended!!!

Never received client advisor information from this location, but have found myself to be satisfied with my transactions, questions & concerns. Never gave me samples like other Louis v stores ESPECIALLY considering i spent over 3k+ on bag.

I had a negative experience with the LV store. They refused to accept my return and were unwilling to help me change the size of the item, even though they had promised to do so earlier. I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service and will not be shopping there again. The complaint will definitely go to headquarters.I wont leave it that !!!!

This place is literally the worst Louis Vuitton I ever went to. I walked in and the lady with long black hair who I was greeted at by the door was the worst! She literally looked at me up and down and judging me by my looks. They need to either fire her or train her better because she obviously did not learn this training at home. SO RUDE . Mind you I made a purchase here and if you are not "dressed appropriately " they won't even look at you. People that work here need an attitude check.

I would like to mention Alexadria Jones, she made me feel so welcomed and was extreamly helpful & friendly with me yesterday. I bought a belt that unfortunately did not fit right, she helped me so promptly and efficiently to do the return and right then in there repurchase my correct belt. I think what I'm most happy is she was genuinely happy to help, did not seem frustrated like other high end stores sometimes are and we got my correct belt purchase resolved. I'm glad she gave me her card so now I have someone to contact and gor directly with my next purchase. I5 starts for her.

Pretty good selection and some nice staff. However the repairs team is not accommodating at all. Had a bag with a faulty zipper and they refused to repair it or replace it, but I took the bag to Palo Alto and they gave me store credit for what I paid for the bag after forwarding images and videos of the zipper to the higher up repairs team. Valley fair didn't even offer to do this. I expect better service from a luxury store. Also this location has been very stingy with fragrance samples before? Strange to not want to give out a couple samples to paying customers! Last time I shopped they were better and gave me several to try which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.

The real tragedy of luxury retail in the bay area is the need for a heavy security presence. I felt like the ratio of security guards to client advisors was 1:1. This is not Louis Vuitton's fault, but it's sad they cannot hire more client advisors to help with the demand. The lack of client advisors means that you cannot be guaranteed to be helped immediately upon setting foot in the boutique. However, when you do get helped, the experience is great! Thank you, Matias, for helping me navigate the purchase of my new Porte-Documents Voyage, and for rectifying the missing strap issue. I'm very happy with my bag.

I give LV 0 stars every one was mad or something,even the manager ignored me when I was asking questions,I make 2 purchases but really bad costumer service at LV at valleyfair.they didt give me my purchase receipt either.the envelope was empty.

I'd give this store zero stars if I could. I tried to return a jacket and was under the 30 day return policy with my original receipt. The item was also in sellable condition and brand new. The store would not let me return it and wanted me to contact the original store where I bought it from that is over 500 miles away to get a refund. The store wouldn't even extend my return policy and could do nothing at all to help me. They were very rude and unprofessional.

When walking into this store the employees faces are intimidating. There are no smiles. Very unwelcoming. They made me feel inferior Not naming specific but his name starts with a T. He helped me the second visit and was upset rude when I asked dumb questions about the bag. Working in public administration for 30 years made me want to give a class on customer service to everyone working. I do believe the mood of the place starts on the top. Happy boss. Happy employees........ I purchased a $1900 bag. Took it home and the creases would not come out. Luckily I returned it before the 30 days. I then bought a $2700 bag instead. I pointed out to T that the strap leather does not match the color of the bag leather. He said give it a few days and sold it to me anyway. I kept it in the box a few days then called T and told him I want to return it. He rudely said I couldn't return it because it was a courtesy exchange. Called LV headquarters and was told there is no such courtesy exchange. I returned it to the store and got my $2700 cash Not worth my money The unwelcome feeling, rudeness of T and poor quality of BOTH OF THE (speedy& eclipse) bags each time left a knot in my stomach. I was there three different visits and am NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE LOUIS VUITTON EXPERIENCE!

I honestly thought I was going to be a victim of the negative custom service A LOT of the reviews here spoke to, but... thanks to Gianna (hope I didn't butcher your name too much) I had an excellent experience. We drove to SC for a new year's dinner and once I remembered LV was in this mall, I checked the time they closed (dude to the holiday) and rushed over to get my anniversary gift. They were set to close at 6:00pm and I arrived at 5:45pm. When I got to the door security told me and another group of people that they were closed. After a very civil back and forth on how a store could be closed 15 minutes before the scheduled time, Gianna and I made eye contact through the glass door. She read my lips as I was telling the security, "I just need to buy some perfume" and she opened the door and said, "You just want to buy perfume?" I said, "Yes! Please!?" and she let me in and I was quickly assisted. She checked on the other group and allowed them in as well. I was able to buy my perfume and I am extremely happy with my experience. Thank you for your attention and helping me get my purchase. I would've been super disappointed had I did all that rushing for nothing.

This is the second time in many years I've gone to this location. I have always admired the craftsmanship of a Louis Vuitton. There was no line today so we decided to come in and take a look. Alexandria was super nice and gave us a lot of attention. She pulled down the purses we wanted to look at and told us a little about each one. The Pochette Métis purse was one that another customer did not want and it caught my eye. So she encouraged us to take a look. Louis Vuitton has been my dream purse brand for a long time. I did not purchase a purse that day because it was of course really expensive and I wasn't ready to invest money in it. We did receive very good customer service.

A "Linda" here has somehow gotten a hold of my phone number, thinks my name is Katherine (it is not), bulk marketing text message spams me, and does not respond to or honor my requests to be removed from this marketing list. Horrible customer service. Do better, LV!

Worst customer service from a high end luxury retailer. Only in the US can you blatantly be disrespected and discriminated against. Asian lady who was checking in customers preferred other Asians to be helped before non Asians who were waiting longer. I made a large purchase but the way they treated me, you'd think I was begging for a handout!
