I was looking everywhere for a patio umbrella base and they were sold out in stores and out of stock online. This place had several types and styles and they had a 50% off sale. The sales associate suggested I purchase a 50lb base and a 30lb add on since the patio umbrella wasn't going through a table. Once I installed the umbrella at my parents we realized it we didn't need to additional add on. Their return policy is 14 days so I was able to take it back and get a full refund. This place has everything you need for patio needs & their products are high quality. You get what you pay for!

I am quite frustrated right now and wish I had looked here at the other reviews before purchasing. We purchased a cast aluminum patio table and chairs with sunbrella cushions. When we purchased, Mike - the personable salesman, cheerfully indicated the table was due in that week but the chairs will take a few weeks. 2.5 wks later, I call to check status, having not heard anything. I'm told that they expect it delivered to them in 2 wks, they'll need a few days to build and then they will deliver. Should easily get delivered by Jun 15 (which was almost a month out). I made a note to call them in 2 wks to finalize delivery details. Today is Jun 15. Not only is it not here, they have been giving me the run around. Each time I call, I get Tom and he is very rude. First the computers are down for 2 days, apparently can't check status. Then the computers are up but he tells me to call back in 2 days to speak to Mike. When I do , Mike is not available, Tom then said he will call the factory and call me back and totally hangs up on me. Why couldn't he have called the factory before? When I call back the next day and speak to Mike he notes that Tom sent an email to the factory yesterday. Mike promises to check and call me back by end of the day - which he did, no update, but again with a promise to call me tomorrow.... which comes and goes without an update from them. 6 days later I called again, got Tom unfortunately, who pretends he's not familiar with my order, noting he sees Mike sent an email to the factory. When I reminded him that *he* sent the email a week ago and I still don't have an update, he spewed the same garbage about sending an email and calling me tomorrow by noon. For now - based on this awful service, I am rating 1 star. If things improve, I will update.

Wanted to buy local instead of online. Walked in ready to buy a grill and side burner. "Manager" ended up rubbing me the wrong way. Complained the whole time that prices went up 20% that morning. When I asked him which brands, he said "all of them." (Yea, right). Even if that was the case, dude came off with wrong attitude. What does it matter? The price is the price! Why do you need to share that detail with a customer unless you intended it to be a used car sales strategy. Told me a specific grill was "about 2900" after I did all the research online at $1800. Asked about advice on a kegerator. Dude looked me up and down and told me I dont look like I drink beer. What's it to you? Other guy finally gave me the honest number - matching online prices, but after the attitude, and the wrong rub, I ended up buying from BBQGuys on my phone while still in the parking lot. They even threw in a bunch of freebies. Save yourself the trouble and keep driving past these guys.

Staff is rude. Asked for a price for a gas built in bbq (without the island) and Tom quoted my husband and myself $5k and walked away. My husband corrected him, saying we found them for $2k online. His response 'well I don't really know what they cost, let me look it up'. (Just because we look young doesn't mean we aren't going to purchase). Anyway, we get a quote and purchase it right away. Tom orders it and says it will arrive at the store Thursday. Awesome. It's been 2 weeks and it hasn't arrived and we have been calling for an update. What do I get from staff? 'Tom will call you and update you'. Has he? Nope. So I call again today, and Tom tells me 'it will be here in 10-14 days'. Ok, you told me this over 2 weeks ago, how many times are you going to do this? He says the bbq is on back order. There we go, that's all you had to say Tom. A little honesty could go a long way.

I called about 6 different places trying to find my husband a Yoder YS640s pellet grill/smoker for his birthday. We live in central CA and I called 2 places in SoCal and 2 in Sacs. And my last call was to Tom from NorCal Patio. He had one left and I asked if he would delivered it to me, and he was like that's a 6 plus drive there and back, and I was like please, and the amazing man that he is, agreed, on his day off no less! :) I gave him my card number, and he threw in 3 bags of pallets that he didn't need to do, and two days before he was due to make the drive, he called asking if we wanted him to build it for us at no extra charge, I was like yes please sir! On the day of the delivery, Tom shower up 40 minutes early and in his fancy big green egg truck! We were so excited. My husband went out to help Tom, and they were not kidding when they say the smoker is made out of steel, it weighed a ton! When they got the Yoder in our back yard Tom showed my husband where the tray and everything went. He came back with the pellets and thanked us and made some small talk and was on his way. Tom went above and beyond!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not buy from this store!!! Im extremely disappointed and even more shocked to see all these reviews. Wish I did my homework before I made my purchase here. I bought a $3000 grill... paid additional for assembly and delivery. The top of the hood was all scratched up. The grill light bulb stopped working on the second day. I called the store for assistance and was told by one of the store owners that all he can do is get a hold of the sell rep (who doesn't have a contact number and his email is full). Doesn't sound right...What sell rep doesn't have a contact number? On my second call I was told again to wait a few days to hear from the sell rep... Fast forward 12 days and multiple calls, Norcal still has not contacted the sell rep. Tom told me that I'm stuck with this grill..."its yours...we dont fix stuff and we don't take returns". Mike is the other owner... he actually told me that I had to wait for when the rep is back from camping .. that my problem is minor and hung up on me. These guys were real quick to take my money and turn into awful people after. I hope everyone will read this review and take your business somewhere else. I contracted the Lion Grill local distributor and Manufacturer for assistance myself...they are willing to stand behind their products. Hopefully I can get the replacement parts soon.

This store has a very large selection and on floor inventory of great quality items. The prices are fair and reasonable. Support the local shops that can support you in replacement pieces when you need them. Buy local, support local.

BEWARE - Once these guys (Mike & Tom) have your money, they become totally non-responsive. I ordered some bbq equipment and an island from them for $6,600. Unfortunately I gave them 50% up front and the other 50% PRIOR to delivery of island. Afterwards, I asked for workmanship corrections on the island and a written 5 year warranty in place of the verbal warranty they gave me. After many requests, I had to threaten a lawsuit to get workmanship issues resolved and never did get the written warranty. Given their responses to these problems, I think their verbal warranty will be no good. I wish I'd read reviews on Yelp before I dealt with these guys!

I love this place. the staff are great about letting you be on your own. My only issues is the sticker shock. I am sure it is all worth it, but way outside the price range we were looking at. A girl can dream - right?
