The workouts are challenging, but the coaches do a great job of pushing me to do my best and keep going.

Well we really like coach Vinh, but the rest of the coaches are coaching as if they dont like their job. Their voice are very monotone, does not give you any motivation, oh and the music of their choice is really out of place.

I’ve been a member at OTF for almost 2 years now and I love it! It was my aunts first intro class at the Valley Fair location. Hailey was super helpful and informative with my aunt since it was her first orangetheory class ever. She was super sweet and had all the answers to my aunts questions. My aunt was super happy with her first class with coach Timothy and ended up joining, yay!!

I gave 1 star for all other staff and other coaches in OTF in valley fair. But I have to cancel my unlimited membership today because I've never gotten anyone so rude at my face in my life. I can't believe I'm paying about $200 every month just to get someone ruin my entire Saturday morning when I just planned to do my workout as usual. This coach called Nathan, don't take yourself so granted. OTF, please manage your own business. If you keep letting a simply f part time coach override your rules and own the right of decision, that’s your call to joke on your own business.

First time experience for me and 5 of my girlfriends. It was nice cause the first class is free so we can give it a try. We all enjoyed the workout. It was challenging but you can go at your own pace. We all burned anywhere from 350-500 cals in an hour which was nice! The staff was incredibly kind, Dave and Raven. Clean studio. Nice equipment. Free lockers. Would definitely recommend!

TL;DR: This is without a doubt one of the best OTF's I've visited. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The coaches do a great job at motivating, offering modifications, and giving tips on proper form -- special shoutout to Katie, Alec, and Rocky for their high energy and wealth of knowledge! Dave is great at identifying your needs and helping match you with the routine/package that's right for you. No upselling, no peer pressure, no body shaming -- just a fun, challenging workout. The equipment and facilities are well maintained. In terms of logistics, the mall gives 2hrs of free parking, but give yourself extra time to get there during peak shopping times. Arguably the worst (best?) part about working out here is avoiding the crepe cake place just around the corner... but they say health is about balance, right?

Absolutely horrible studio. The lady at front desk is rude and makes her own rules. The place is in valley fair mall for which its hard to find parking . Spent 15 mins getting into parking structure and findijg a parking spot which made me 4 mins late to the class and was not allowed to attend the class because of their policy of not allowing if you are 5 mins late. And i was actually 4 mins late. The lady at front desk was rude and inconsiderate. Avoid this studio if possible. The Cupertino and Monticello locations as managed way better and i would chose them any day.

There is an extreme difficulty finding parking at this location. I’m not sure why they chose to have this location be at busiest mall but it was not the best idea. Also you pay for parking now at Valley Fair so there more money you using with this location. Any other location has ample parking which will save some stress (..and money) for yourself.

I joined Orangetheory in 2021 after having little strenuous activity for a year because of world events. Before shelter in place, I had been very active and going back to my normal workouts was extremely discouraging because my fitness levels were definitely not where they used to be. I like that the workouts are structured and everything is at your own pace. If you're feeling a workout, push yourself to work harder (coaches also motivate you!). If your body is telling you to slow down, no one singles you out for it. There are a lot of fun programs and challenges (some you do have to pay for) that encourage you to workout harder or have fun with workouts. I also personally love seeing my treadmill and rower stats and how they change over time.I've been to quite a few locations in the area and there are some amazing coaches and studios! If you like personal space, this studio is for you! There studio is spacious and the class sizes (especially the weekday morning classes) are generally small so the coaches can be really attentive and help you with your form. There's also rarely a waiting list to get into classes. You also might think it's weird to workout at a mall but it's honestly not bad. You can park in Stevens Creek Parking Garage, take the escalator down to level 1 and the studio is just around the corner. It really takes only 1-2 minutes of walking, so minimal interaction with other mall-goers. The first 2 hours of parking are free so if you only go to one class, you won't need to pay. It's not hard to find parking. In the afternoon it is busier but there are a ton of open spaces on level 3 or 4. I haven't had trouble finding parking for a workout at this studio.

I have a soft spot for the ValleyFair location! I became a member Jan 31! & have enjoyed seeing my personal growth since! The coaches here genuinely care, they've helped me correct my form and don't leave until I've got it down. I also love the mindset I've adapted. Exercising is a lifestyle, remember to be thankful that I have the ability to move my body, push yourself and others will follow. Take a class! You'll love it

The staff and coaches here are so amazing! Valley Fair was the beginning of my OTF experience and I miss them so much now that I moved. You will feel welcomed and included here from day one, no matter your fitness background or goals. I love that orange theory's focus is on heart health rather than looks or weight loss. It's a tangible way to track your endurance and health improving without feeling shameful or diet culture-y. The Valley Fair location also has a ton of member events like wine Wednesday, themed classes and mixers if you're looking to make friends or are new to the area. All of the staff are so friendly and i so looked forward to class. Don't miss out on this experience!
