I really appreciate that Darren at PanTerra gave me a straight answer to a question about their services. He told me right away that they didn't have a solution to my need, instead of trying to twist himself and me into pretzels. They are honest--give them a call if you need phone services.

I recommend PanTerra for phone service if you have experience in setting up a PBX in the past. Compared to 3CX PanTerra is simple to navigate. I was a 3CX administrator at my last position so when I took over at my new company learning the administration portal was simple. There are a lot of options so if you’re looking for a simple pbx setup I can’t say PanTerra is a good fit for that. I like the fact that I can add, delete users on my own without calling a sales person.

Originally I was asked to deploy a phone system with 8x8. We signed a contract and then never heard from them again. PanTerra reached out and walked me through a demo. PanTerra promised to have someone come onsite and help with the install. That made up our mind to move forward with PanTerra. We are happy that we did. Stopped paying 8x8 and we still haven’t heard from them.

I was referred to PanTerra. I had never heard of them before. I have a small tinting and car detailing business and I enjoy the mobile app. From the app I can transfer calls, send texts and IM with my installers. I have had some dropped calls but support showed me how to push the call to cellular dial tone. Works great now.

Been with PanTerra for 2 years. We were introduced to them through our IT MSP. Based on the 3 quotes we were presented, we felt that Panterra gave us the most bang for our buck. We have not been disappointed.

I have been very impressed with PanTerra and their attention to detail through the onboarding process. I would suggest that you train your new customers to use the cellphone push to the cellular dialtone of the app instead of using the wifi calling.

Since moving to work from home, we needed a better VoIP system with a better mobile app. I love the push to cellphone feature so that my mobile app doesn't have to run off wifi. We are a smaller office and onboarding and US based support were mandatory for me.

Wonderful service from the beginning and always. I highly recommend PanTerra, everything works as it should everyday. They save me time by everything working and when I need to make changes, I quickly message support through online messaging and they walk me through it. Check them out and save yourself the time of checking on and on.
