While we were there, I also brought in several pieces of jewelry I was considering selling. Instead of trying to buy them on the spot, Steven gave me honest advice on the best way to sell them in order to get the most value. I really appreciated that -- at no point did either Jorge or Steven try to simply win our business. They genuinely seemed focused on helping us make the best decisions.

In the end, the ring turned out exactly how we envisioned it. It's beautiful, meaningful, and something I'll cherish forever. They also told us we could bring the ring back for cleaning, which we really appreciated.
