I was told that I would have three months free as a new user. The email from PAXIO next day only gives me one month free. I called today, the representative picked up the phone told me the same story that I can have three months free as a new user. But the original representative I talked to yesterday called me back today and reject it. She even told me that she may give me two months free if I willing to pay one year fee at one shot. Why is that? I am confused.

I had to reach out personally regarding the PAXIO on-boarding experience to say that I could not be happier with the extraordinary customer-centric level of care I have received throughout a busy workday today despite a few surprises along the way.First, Renae called me around 9:30 AM to let me know that the technician would need to prioritize a network performance issue over my 10 AM installation. We agreed to reschedule for mid-afternoon.Second, tech supervisor Jose called me around 1 PM to finesse the technician's exact arrival window. In addition, he promised to provide an extra credit on our account for the timing change inconvenience since we already received the first month free.Third, tech Yurny arrived around 2 PM nearly half an hour before the promised deadline and once buzzed into the building, patiently waited for our front desk person to return from a late lunch before coming up so he could collect the ISP closet key himself.Fourth, Yurny immediately completed a quick walk-through of our unit and honed in on our condo-level ISP closet. After a quick trip upstairs to the central ISP closet on the 4th floor, he came back down and completed a successful speed test on his Macbook showing symmetrical speeds in the ideal ~950 Mbps range.Fifth, Yurny patiently waited while I rebooted my routers to restore our network to active broadcast configuration while completing my own speed tests before he departed. On his way out the door, he shook my hand and gave me his cell number if I encounter any issues going forward.Could not recommend more highly! You won't regret giving PAXIO your business!

Very fast internet. Better than the old AT&T I had. However, it’s not reliable. I’ve had internet outages several times a month.

These guys are Great!I've been with PAXIO since 2016 they know their stuff. Their technical and accounting teams have been incredibly Quick to respond and solved all the issues (which were very few).

Angel arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and helpful during the installation. He walked me through each step and stayed as long as it took to make sure my new router and connection were working without any issues. Great service; I highly recommend Paxio!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Paxio, all thanks to their incredible technician, Yurny. Not only was he prompt in addressing my concerns, but his expertise and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I had a fiber issue that was causing me quite a bit of hassle, but Yurny was able to diagnose and fix the problem swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime. It's rare to encounter such a knowledgeable and amiable professional in the service industry. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of service provided and would rate it nothing less than 5 stars. Great job, Paxio, and a special thanks to Yurny for making this experience so positive!

Incompetent. 10/2023 Someone shutoff the internet service; no billing service, not a hw problem. Switched to xfinity. When using Paxio always make sure you have a backup plan.

Just moved into my new apartment down in oakland and needed a new internet provider since my old one didn’t service here in oakland. I decided to go with Paxio and was happy i did. Angel B did a quick and efficient set up in my home. Very friendly and gave necessary info for someone new to this company. Was very satisfied with the service. :)

The Internet gets disconnected several times in a week. I also experience random outages one or two times a month which is tough for people who work from home. Customer service always answers but they can't do anything. The company needs to upgrade their infrastructure.

I do not recommend using Paxio- they do NOTHING to help you get set up and the service is always going down for hours at a time! I have been unable to have the internet on my computer or for Netflix at all. When someone signs up for a service you should make sure it works not tell the customer they don’t do that. I am so frustrated all the time I have spent trying to fix something I shouldn’t of had to fix. Now I called and no one answers. Don’t sign up

FRI 1/5/24 Angel came out to install the internet at our new office he did a nice job! He answered my questions, allowed me to call our IT Rep for any additional questions. He was about 45 mins late but another Paxio rep called me to inform me of the delay in advance which I appreciated! The install went smoothly.

December 30th. I have no Internet right now.10 days there were interruptions in service for more than 12 hours.Happy New Year.
