Do not drop off fedex prepaid here. They took my package without giving me a receipt and never scanned my item. I came back a week later to ask what happened and they said fedex took it. FedEx confirmed they did not. Package is now gone and I’m out of luck. This is a real review from a real person.

Unreasonable markup on u-haul boxes .
Was charge $12 for a large+ x-large box.
When it is $7.8 on uhaul.com.
Bundle of 15 > $60. When it should be ~$37 (uhaul.com

This is one of the worst place I have visited in my life. In this there is a FedEx which I went to ask about the shipping cost he did even answer when I repeated ask then he his replying I don’t know pack you self and get the QR I asked him why you don’t know the price when your working in FedEx he was like disrespectful told me to leave the place I was very polite with the men also he didn’t respect or talked softly towards me I think he his doing this with everyone so please don’t go to this place wast of going here☹️😡😡

I had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. When returning the van, I was suddenly told that the spare tire and jack were “missing,” even though they were never in the vehicle when I picked it up. Nothing was shown to me during the walk-around inspection
On top of that, I noticed they added an insurance charge that I had specifically declined when making the reservation. It felt like they were trying to sneak in extra fees, which left me with the impression that customer honesty and transparency are not a priority here.
I’ve rented from U-Haul before without issues, but this location has made me lose trust. Double-check your reservation and thoroughly inspect your vehicle before leaving the lot — otherwise, you may end up paying for things you never agreed to.

Horrible… my mother passed away & I wasn’t able to renew my mail box when due I came back willing to pay & he said no…. Feel sorry for old guy no wonder he’s reviews are 2.7.

I asked the guy at the counter what should I use to send a post to San Francisco that will be fast and affordable. He said, “better not post it if you want it to be cheap”.
He quoted $20 for usps post which was $10 at usps. I just drove 2 mins and used usps instead.

Your packages may get stolen and never be returned here. Chuck won’t provide a receipt either. I lost my keyboard return.

this dude charged 8 dollars for a small box when I already had the label, additionally 3 of those dollars were for taking 1 minute to put my item in the box, I would have packed it myself, he gave no warning that he charges for packing.

We rented a U-Haul and cleaned up the trunk afterwards, but they they said the white prints because of the concrete bricks are not acceptable. So they charge us $25 cleaning fee. Avoid this place by all means
