I had a very disappointing experience at the Rivermark postal/shipping service. The Indian woman (owner) working there was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Basic customer service was completely missing. Her husband is the public notary he tried to be nice but she bosses him around so he had to stay quiet. Poor guy. Living in a hell of a marriage.
I was overcharged and given conflicting and misleading information about UPS delivery, which later turned out to be untrue. When I asked for clarification, instead of explaining calmly, she became loud, dismissive, and argumentative in front of other customers.
The environment was noisy and chaotic, and the overall attitude felt hostile rather than helpful. I expect transparency and professionalism when dealing with shipping services, especially when handling important packages unfortunately, this place delivers neither.
I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone who values respectful treatment and honest pricing.

I have never encountered a problem before when it comes to getting a livescan. This is the only shop where they were unable to get my fingerprints and yet was able to saved my data on their laptop. Needless to say, I left without having them delete my data. Please delete my data, fix your laptop and scanner, and train your employees better.
She couldn’t scan my fingerprint. At first she said, “your hands are too oily” , and told me to wash my hands- which I did. Came back and still the same. She wiped my thumb again with an alcohol and tried to scan.. still not working. She kept blaming me that my fingers are too oily.
I don’t know how to use the livescan. But she would click the scan… but not the capture. When she tried to click the capture, it did capture the fingerprint.. but the cursor suddenly disappeared and unable to use the trackpad. It seemed the laptop froze. She tried deleting it and canceling but to no avail. She first told me that it would be deleted after ten minutes, so I said I’ll wait ten minutes. Then she proceeded to mentioned that she has to open it and delete it— which she didn’t specify that it’s not automatic. When she opened it again, the cursor came back. She tried to cancel and delete it again but it wouldn’t process and continues to fail.
At that point I thought to myself I should just go home. She then tried to submit her own and test it again. She still couldn’t scan her fingerprints. So I said I’ll just go since there’s nothing that can be done at that point. I’m just hopping they would go with their words and delete my information.
This is just my experience at this store. I did see the low rating of this store before I came here but I was hoping that I’ll have a better experience. Gosh, boy I’m wrong and right at the same time. I’m wrong that I’ll have a good experience because I’m not dropping off any packages, but I’m right about my gut feeling about this place and also about the older lady.

Good service, but the prices are outrageous. Paid nearly $50 for basic shipment within the US for a small package via UPS! USPS would have been $20 or $30 cheaper! Save your money and use the government shipping services instead.

Be aware of unnecessary charge for printing. The staff also did not explain the charge up front. They will charge you $5 for a printed label and tape that holds the label on an envelope. Totally unacceptable.

08.12.25 3:30pm Located in the Rivermark Shopping Complex.
Got our Advanced Directive Notarized immediately, was $15. A little expensive but speedy. You can get notary done at any of the $5 notary places in nearby Milpitas or at the Northside Library next door to Safeway. Wells Fargo Rivermark doesn't have notary and they said those WF branches that have in house notaries only notarizes WF documents (for WF customers, which we are but needed Advanced Directive done, not for WF documents.).
Postal Annex employees were courteous and pleasant.

Unnecessary charges for printing. $2 base charge, 30 cents per page and $1 extra to pay by card. The card fee is understandable but stacking fees like that rubbed me the wrong way. The staff was also curt making the whole experience even worse.

The people here are the most unfriendliest people ever.
You can say "Good morning!" or "thank you" and they'll just ignore it.
BUT
They do their job. Packages never have gone missing. Very convenient and good location. You can drop off Fedex, UPS, and USPS packages and I have never had an issue here.
