Ruby had the storage room ready. It was clean. Since I already had a lock with me from previous reservations Ruby gave me a refund for the lock. She answered all my questions gladly. Highly recommend this storage.5 stars for Ruby's cheerful customer service

Awesome service at this public storage facility! Ruby helped me out of her way by asking me if I need help. I'm not going to go in details but all my questions was answered. We need people like Ruby to show a happy face because it can brighten somebody's day!

This is the best and well managed public storage I’ve ever been to. I’ve rented at a few public storages in California and honestly overall it has been a great experience. But Craig at this location goes above and beyond. He is super helpful, responsive, and available. I had an urgent issue with one of my locks and he was able to help me out really fast. Thank you Craig!

Craig helped me settle into my unit two months ago. He was able to get me into a unit the same day and had the best price from all the other storage places.I had to go in today due to losing my key and he was able to get a tech in within an hour.Truly the best service.

Ruby was so amazing and patient when helping me with my reservation! We had some issues with finding it on the system and she resolved it quickly. She made sure I was able to get to my unit, get through the gate and doors and went through the whole process with me :)
