Came in peak Saturday afternoon. There was a line outside the door but we didn't have to wait too long. We were assigned to Giovanni and immediately hit it off. He was very friendly and offered us beverages while we shopped. We were looking for a wallet and he was able to find the exact one we wanted. Giovanni was awesome. This was the best service I've had at YSL period. We've been to multiple locations in the states and this was the best experience of them all. Thank you G.

It was the first time in Ysl boutique and it was a nice experience. I came for a puffer in mid size. An associate brought small and mid sizes at the same time, what was a good idea. I ended up with a smaller one. Unfortunately, don't remember the name. Beautiful packaging:)

This review is specifically regarding my experience with Chris the sales associate. I was in the store today with the intention of setting up an appointment for a suit for my wedding. I am a returning customer and have worked with Chris in the past but today I was likely unrecognizable to him since I was dressed in gym attire and not my regular, casual clothes. While inside the store, I gazed at a suit and when I went on my phone to check if this was the same suit that I found on their website, I was rudely approached by Chris in a passive aggressive manner asking what my business was inside the store. It was obvious by his demeanor and the rude undertone that he did not appreciate my being in the store. Instead of explaining why I was in the store, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and left immediately. Historically, when I wasn't in gym attire, I was approached by Chris in a much more respectful manner, so to see and hear this side of him was quite disappointing and surprising. This incident occurred on a Tuesday afternoon when the store was clearly not busy - there were no other customers inside the store and there were no customers outside the store waiting to get inside. I normally do not write negative reviews but today's incident concerned me enough to speak up. I understand that Chris may have had a bad day or may be dealing with something personal, but I would hope that moving forward, if this is discussed with Chris or the rest of the team, that no other customers ever get judged based on their appearance

The store has excellent service and a knowledgeable staff. The entire team including the store manager was so helpful and welcoming. They found me the perfect bag that I was looking for as a gift. I will definitely return to shop here again.

This store is really nice. I've been in here a few times now and customer service has been great. They don't have crazy amount of employees like the LV store few doors down. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Judy Ee was very patient and showed me the items that were like I was looking for. Thank you.

Make Sure You Are Expensively dressed Before you come in. Some Sale person judge you by Your Look. I like YSL products and this location. I came in today to see another bag for myself in person.I only saw it on online but i am not sure about how small it is. But Unfortunately, A sale man who is black hair was rude and spoke aggressively to us when we ask a second question. I couldn't hear clearly because there were few people next to me speaking to each other. So i asked the same question secod time. he replied with angry manner...Was aggressive. I feel uncomfortable so i left....I know he judge my look by wearing Nike sneaker with legging, Sweatshirt with gucci crossbody bag because i like to dress casual.5 Stars for a friendly security <3 ... * A Sale man,I know his name but i dont want to mention and describe his look specifically..Maybe he had a bad day or something else. But i hope he behaves well to another customer. They may not buy a bag today but they buy'll buy next day.

*Some Sale person* They judge you by your look. If you don't dress expensive they are Not happy to talk with you...(I wore gucci crossbody bag.) They will speak aggressively to you. I came in to see a bag that i saw on online.. i only have 2 small YSL and want to buy a third one a little bigger size . Then a sale man show me a bag that i want to see. i asked him one question and then asked him one more question..He started to replied with angry manner.... It made me feel uncomfortable to stay longer... 5 Stars that i can come in and get a sale person right away. 10 stars for security man who is so nice to all every customer.

Great experience at this location! Had gone in to browse once or twice but this time I went in ready to purchase. I went shortly after opening and I was the only one there and was greeted right away. I was helped by Alex who was super nice and patient, he showed me different colors and styles and went back and forth to the back a couple times to get item so I really appreciated the customer service. YSL is a luxury brand so you already know the merchandise is gorgeous and they wrap everything up super nicely! I felt so fancy walking out of there with my gold bag!

I don't ever write reviews because at any other high end brands I was always given the best customer service. This was my first time at YSL (I wanted to expand my bag collection) and it will be my last. My husband told me here to get a anniversary gift and I was greeted with a SA. I asked him if I could see the Sunset "top handle". He showed me the Medium one and told me it only comes in 1 size. I bought it thinking that was true. I went home and did some more research on the bad and found it it came in a smaller size!!! It's called sunset wallet on chain. So me and my husband came back 3 days later to do any exchange and meet the store manger (I think) he told me they only do exchange on bags equal or greater value. WTF! I told him it's not my fault your SA didn't know the product and I had to do my own research. In the end he did exchange for me and look unhappy like it was my fault, also telling me if anything happens to the bag it's not on them anymore. What kind of luxury brand says that. SMH BUT I will not becoming back to this store. I'll stick to my LV and Chanel where I always have the most wonderful service even outside of California.

I've been researching luxury bags over the last 3 weeks and today I went to the mall to see them in person. I had an idea of a few brands I wanted to check out. I went into the store and was nervous because I had never been into a high end store before besides the outlet ones at Great Mall. I was immediately greeted by Roosevelt and felt wat better. Roosevelt was welcoming and knowledgeable. I talked about what style purse I was looking for and was shown the various options. I said I wanted to take some time to check out other bags and think about my purchase so I left to walk around the mall. I eventually went back and purchased the bag I had been wanting. Roosevelt made the process quick and was so friendly. I will be back soon to pick up another item I ordered and am so excited for. Overall a great experience! Roosevelt is the best!
