Gas pump worked fine, but at the end, it asked me if I wanted a receipt
Yes - “Go inside to see clerk”
Grumpy looking guy was counting money so I waited for him to finish.
Then he goes “what do you want?”
Is it just me or are the people in the Bay Area are getting rude overall?

Must be a scam. I was getting out of gas and wanted to pump a little so that I can drive to Costco to fill up. I pumped 1.5 gallons at Pump 8 but it seems like it was all air. It cost me more than 8$, but the fuel tank indicator did not budge even an mm. It did not give me a receipt and threw a message saying clerk has receipt. When I drove back only I realized that no gas easement pumped. This needs to be investigated.

Wack place gas attendant has no control over the gas pumps once he sets transaction in play now I’m out 30 dollars till who knows when they get around to refunding my money!!! No info or number to call. Etc…. I’m never going there again!!

BEWARE:- Will short change if paying in cash- Skips scanning lottery scratchersAt first I thought it was coincidence, but after three incidences with different cashiers I have determined that this place is run by crooks. The cashiers here will typically try to short your change and play dumb as though they can't basic math, even with a calculator.If buying multiple scratchers in one transaction, they'll only scan a portion of them, making the ones they skipped invalid. Once again, I can only assume this is to pocket some of the money they charged you. There is almost no accountability with the prehistoric register that they use.So fill up at station and go, avoid buying anything at the concession. The owner is either negligent or in on the scheme and should be investigated by BBB.

I was cheated out of $10. I had a winning lottery ticket worth $12. I confirmed it by using the scanner machine inside the shop and then handed the ticket to the cashier--a very young woman. She put it in the machine and then promptly ripped the ticket into pieces and put it in the trash and then told me the ticket was only good for $2. I said give me back the ticket and she said that she had already trashed them. The bar code on the ticket was still intact and when I rescanned it to show her--it only read already paid. I had no way to prove it and all she said was I didn't do anything. I will never go back to this Shell.

The cashier guy is rude and not helpful doesn’t want to assist at the window and keeps it locked to get inside store so no way to buy stuff he won’t come to the window he’ll just watch

Visited recently and the gas lines are quick. Prices are a bit lower than the regular Shell to boost. This gas station also opens on Sunday when the most business centers are closed so less traffic and people gassing up because of that. No better day than to pump on Sunday before the Monday rush everywhere. 4 pumps each lane. Note their hours do choose earlier than regular locations. Check their yelp for hours.

The guy who works at night is extremely rude. I asked if they are open and he said “can you read the sign” and pointed at a 24 hours open sign. I asked if I could purchase a drink and he pointed to a paper that he had scribbled on in pencil and asked again if I could read.

I will never use that gas station again they guy who was working there didn't understand English was rude and had the nerve to come out not 2 minutes after I had walked away from trying to talk to him at the window only to realize he didn't understand English very well and tell me he was going to call the police because I had been parked there for 45 minutes...I had pulled up to the far pumps with my RV to fill up the tank. it shut off before it completely filled {but was still $95} and when I went to reset it it said I had to see the cashier so I walked up to the window and spent two or three minutes trying to explain to him what was going on ... I finally gave up went back to my RV and was pulling up my GPS to get back to where I was parked at because I'm unfamiliar with this area and that's when he came out and said he was going to call the police because I've been parked here for 45 minutes and I was blocking his pumps...FYI: THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE AND THERE ARE TWO OTHER ISLANDS!

Worst place in the bayarea to get gas.The lady there wouldn't let me get gas, "outside", because I didn't have a mask.I was the only car there.

Says open 24 hours, arrive around 12am with really low gas, and it's closed.
