I needed to a long road trip on 1 days notice. My Audi needed an oil change before the trip. Rahul was able to fit my car into his schedule, did a great job with the oil change and got us on the road. Really friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them.

I brought my car into this shop and they took great car of my car. This is a family-owned business and the owner’s name is Jeet. He was very kind and knowledgeable when helping me out. I highly recommend this shop if you have any car troubles; I’m definitely coming back.

Wrong diagnosis. He diagnosed the problem with one part and quoted for another. He talks a lot and try to misguide me. He said, he will drive the car to check the breaks and after few minutes he said, that the brakes needed to be replaced for $850, without driving the car.

Mr Nirmal told me what was wrong with my car and gave the quote for completely different item.I was rethinking the conversation I had with him and how he explained me what was wrong, how come he completely forgot and started saying the other thing is broken and gave me estimate for that. When I asked about the brakes, he said he would drive the car to find out, but he changed his mind quickly and said, that all the brakes needed to be replaced for $850.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Jeet was super helpful for repairing some unknown fuse issue.. I was asking how much do I have to pay..he said, it’s just a fuse no charge..for sure will come this place again for any auto repair.

On Saturday afternoon my car broke down in south San Jose and I randomly called a few car maintenance folks from google listings around Santa Clara. Rahul from Shiv Auto Service was quick to assist me, gave a reasonable quote, and made sure I could get it repaired in the next 3 hrs.He quickly diagnosed my car and confirmed it was starter issue. He replaced it under 2 hrs and I was out of his car garage before 6 pm (original ETA was 6:30 PM).Both Rahul and Jeet were polite and made sure everything was ready, they also topped the coolant fluid and replaced the rear right tail light bulb for free.I highly recommend their service and quality of work. 5-star ratingService: Transmission

Great service. I did a Oil change at Speedy Evergreen branch. I noticed a drip of oil on my parking. And with in 4 days I noticed the oil light is on.Oh my God. I got scared. I called my mechanic. He told me to tow the vehicle. On reaching the place he opened my hood and noticed oil spill all over my chassis and body. And oh my God the oil cap is not on.He changed the oil. Checked everything. Assuaged me and even asked me to get all the expenses reimbursed from the previous oil change. What a gem of a mechanic.
