Sent devices to a partner facility who after significant delay did not do the work. Uncommunicative, poor customer service, poor accounting. Repeatedly charged our credit card incorrectly for hundreds of dollars.

I loved this company. It was one of the best jobs I ever had in my 30 yrs of employment. The Richardson, TX location has got to be 1 the top locations to be employed. Goodluck to all the crew there.

They are truly awful. We've had very expensive equipment come back seriously damaged (looked like it was dropped from a distance of several feet). It has seriously jeopardized our project. Stay far away from them.
