Poor quality vegetables, always out of things, Poor variety. Employees not very good there are some that are good but most are not. They just put a new man on there. He can’t even see the book to find out the prices for the vegetables he can’t see what Cold or on the fruit he got it within a couple inches of his eyes. Flipping through the book takes him forever. His name is Celso He’s a good man very friendly but he is in the wrong place at the checkout counter and it takes forever and they put him in the line with 10+ items instead of the 10 or under items so there’s a huge line there waiting waiting waiting I waited there for 15 minutes. Didn’t even move. The hunt. Finally had to come out and find him he was in the back of the building helping a customer. It’s great to help a customer, but somebody’s gotta move the line.

I have shopped here for over 8 years and over the last 4 months something has changed. The produce department is empty and dirty. I had to ask someone if the store was closing? I stop here on my way to work because it’s convenient and I can grab a few things and be on time for work. But over the last 4 months the store is never open on time. I have waited for more than 10 minutes every time I have stopped. I can see the clerk’s talking upfront but they don’t seem to care that people are waiting. I tried one more time today, and again I waited finally a clerk came out and said they were not going to open due to register problems this is the third time I have heard this explanation. Today I got smart and this is the final time I will be shopping here.

I have been going to this store for over 8 years. over the last 6 months the store has totally changed. the produce is always empty and dirty. the store never opens on time. I try to stop in before work and I can see employees talking in a group upfront but they don't seem to care about the time. several times I have waited 10, and even 30 minutes before they decided to open. the staff is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. what happened to the manager and the helpful staff that made me want to shop at this store? after over 8 years I have decided it's time to shop somewhere else.

Smart & Final isn't my favorite store or errand, but it's good for the kinds of things I buy there.Their First Street seasonings and dairy are good products at good prices.We were pleasantly surprised to find canning jar seals on the last visit, and we've used some for canning already, with good results.

I visited Smart and Final grocery store and was left disappointed. The shopping experience was subpar. The store felt disorganized, and it was challenging to find items. Prices were not as competitive as other grocery stores, and I expected better deals from a store with "Smart" in its name. Additionally, the staff appeared disinterested in assisting customers.

Store was well stocked on sale items. The store is clean and well organized. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Great little store.
