I agree with other recent reviews. Staff is not friendly and not knowledgeable. They didn’t want to do bracelet adjustment with my online purchase. They claim they wish Swarovski didn’t put that included service on the official website. I feel that the staff doesn’t understand their role and blamed their company instead. I have to take my bracelet elsewhere for adjustment at my own risk. For a well-known brand like Swarovski, it is very weird to see this quality of service and I would not return to this store.

I'm not sure whose been helping out customers and treating them so poorly because when I came in Dorsa immediately helped me with kindness and care! I had a gift receipt for a necklace and was able to return the necklace for store credit without issue. Dorsa was polite and helpful throughout and offered to show me pieces to spend my gift certificate on. I would definitely come back and have her help me shop!

This incident happened Sunday:Received a beautiful piece of jewelery and unfortunately the ring didnt fit...I had a gift receipt AND the cardholder ( my friend who purchased) with me at the store and still had push back from the staff regarding an exchange for a bigger size. Stay member is named EMILY found on receipt. This this event was Tragic....being that nothing in this store is cheap...so getting lackluster customer service is an issue for me. You would have thought we were at the OUTLETS. Furthermore the gift was special to me..but the experience at this Store has made me not want the exchange our anything else from Swarovski.Hey Emily stay away from patrons if you don't want to assist...go in the back room and take a break.Also what is this policy that you don't throw away empty Swarovski jewelery bags??? " It's company policy" If it's empty due to a return.....just throw it away for the customer.how silly is that to have me walk out the store with am empty bag???

The worst Swarovski store ever. Staff is rude. I bought a ring and tried to return or exchange it , but they refused to do it. Absolutely terrible experience.

would give 0 stars if possible -- absolutely RUDE associates. they were sooooo impatient with me and my family (i had to translate things for my parents) the ladies kept invading our personal space, were soooooo worried about us messing up their displays, and just kept asking "do u want it?" every 30 seconds. no wonder this place as such low rating lol

Want to know why a big name store in a classy mall has 1.5 stars on Yelp? I did, and now I know. I called yesterday b/c the ornament I wanted was only at this location and in Sacramento. I'm in San Francisco, an hour away from Santa Clara, two from Sacramento. Apparently they only ship out of state. Whaaat? * Hmm, maybe the manager will approve shipping within CA. Hold. Well, okay, this piece is perhaps worthwhile to ship in state. Oh, yikes, the system is down. Again to the manager. Hold the item for a couple days? No, 24 hrs. There's not much stock, but oh well. But again to the manager. Yeahh, no. K, you can drive an hour here and back within 24 hrs despite your prior Sunday plans. Cost is $145. Confirmed. Sunday, at the store: Oh, you must also purchase a $50+ annual membership. Yeah, we didn't inform you of this, and we agree you had an overall bad experience. Sucks. FYI, don't say WTF. No, nothing can be done. Yeah, the membership gives you access to just two items, one of which you're already buying. It is what it is. K, write a negative review and complain to corporate, though here's a small star you don't want so you hopefully put up and shut up. * I get that the low-level staff lack some recourse, but something has got to freakin' give.

If I could put -1 I would. Lady with the Grey hair is so rude. Tried to exchange a ring I bought from there that had changed color but this lady quickly made an assumption saying it's because I wore it in water and or because of me doing something. What the heck is doing something? It's a ring and you wear it on your fingers of course you gonna be doing something with it on. And no I never wear my jewelry in water not even when washing my hands. Anyhow she is rude and giving us attitude like as if she's trying to protect her paycheck. Not to mention, when we originally bought the ring, the sales associate said if the rings tarnish or if the stones are missing to bring it back and they would replace it. I will never ever shop at Swarovski again. Their policy or made up policy is horrible and customer service sucks!

I love a good Swarovski store! Lots of beautiful jewelry pieces and collectible items. The employees here were very welcoming and friendly. This was a pleasant shopping experience.

I was looking for a Swarovski crystal figurine that was in short supply in the south bay. I learned that the store in Valley Fair had what I was looking for and they said they would set it aside for pickup on the next day. I arrived the next day and it was still being held for me. I was in and out in no time.The staff was very helpful in locating the figurine and holding onto it for me.
