T mobile in general is very good.Some employees need more trainingOn Friday November 3rdI came to this location the young gentleman was completely inappropriate and condescending and obviously wasn’t interested and kept checking texts on his phone.He wanted me to be more self support and then he was more condescendingAnd unwilling to helpI said as a customer I wanted a better level of service . He didn’t care.If you reach out them don’t let them say customer was the problem

I came here to change my SIM. The staff said they don't have the tray opener told me to open it using my earring. My earring broke trying to open it and the staff member magically found a tray opener after that.Staff also reactivated my international SIM after changing my SIM and didn't bother turning it off.

Not a great experience at all. I went there yesterday and there were three people there that seemed very nice and happy to help, however, there was a guy at the very end of the table, who was not happy to help me. He made me feel very uncomfortable, and I left with a bad taste in my mouth with the way that he was speaking to me. he definitely made me feel like I didn’t want to come back. On top of all of that, he would not help me with my request, and then later found out that he could have done, so but didn’t want to. If you were the manager reading this, please speak to this employee about their negative attitude. Thank you.

Every time I went to this store they provided me the best service. Clean store, the only problem is the store is very small and when it gets busy they can't provide good service. Overall excellent.

Why do they make us put one star at all? Believe me: if you need to get things figured out…do not go to this location. Incredibly unhelpful. Zero critical thinking and troubleshooting. You’d be better off going legitimately anywhere else in the world.

My first visit here was fantastic. The guy who helped me was super nice and knew exactly what he was doing. This second time I went was just horrible. The only guy there didn't know what he was doing and super clueless. Couldn't offer any solutions and kept trying to get me upgrade my service and buy stuff I didn't want or need. Really unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I arrived in t mobile to change my operator. but in the end I spent an hour and paid for it all. but there was some kind of mistake, they told me that in an hour everything would work. I did not come back in an hour so as not to disturb the working staff. At the next day all to no avail. this is just terrible service. I can't change operator. isn't it that hard?

I don’t have google acct so I use my husband acct to leave this review. Today I went in the store to get help for my mom’s phone. It suddenly stopped working for no reason. After spent 4 hours running back and forth between Apple Store and T-Mobile Store to figure out what’s wrong, it still cannot be fixed. However, I have to leave this review for Juan, one of the worker at T-Mobile Store to express my appreciation. He tried everything that he could to help me. He understands my frustration and willing to spend time resolving the problems. If I could give you 10 stars, I would more than happy to do that. Thank you so much Juan!

Scam. They switched my account from month to month contract to pre-paid, and now I get no help from customer service. They sit there and goof off and troll me over the phone *uck t-mobile for violating my contact and acting unprofessional.

The staff dont want to do any work, they say they dont have tools to create new account! They just like to sit idle and ask for all the process to be carried out online!

Switch to another carrier a month ago, at that time I was assured that my account was paid in full and closed. Wake up Easter Sunday to find my phone has been locked by tmoble. After 3 hours online with customer service they tell me I need to visit the store, and that I have an unpaid balance, never received a email call text or bill, they just shut off my phone on a holiday where all there stores are closed. I go in today, pay off this new balance that was not there when I "closed" my account and they tell me I have to wait another 24 hours before I can use my phone again. Wow, just the worst possible service.
