If professionalism, efficiency, and kindness is your jam, visit this location and ask for Becky. I visited this location only days before Christmas and Becky was so pleasant to work with amid the chaos of the holiday season. She was able to assist me with placing my order with store pickup and had me situated within a matter of minutes. Thank you Becky for the fantastic service. I will be back.

I love this store; I have often shopped at "Things Remembered" for clients and myself. It's always a pleasant experience with the staff guiding and giving you suggestions, and asking what my color scheme is at home to make sure things match. Well, anyhow, I needed new jewelry boxes, and this time, I wanted something pretty and delicate, and that's exactly what I got with the help of the sales clerk.

Katy gives the worst customer service not just she doesn't know how to do her job she is also a Liar the whole week she gave me hard time she didn't even work on my personalized order because she doesn't know how to do her job. I wish I could give her 0 stars because she deserves it.

I ordered a monogrammed item from the store and it was supposed to be free shipping. The next day I am told the box is in Ohio...I am in Arkansas. Then they roped me into paying additional shipping which I didn't have a choice with since the box was already paid for and monogrammed. Today I receive an email indicating they are out of the music box...but it was already monogrammed and sent last week. I just checked the site and the music box says it is in stock. I now have a daughter who will be very disappointed since this company has continually stalled and not sent the box.

My wife ordered a clock and engraved whiskey glasses for her boss that was leaving the company. Their service person gave my wife wonderful suggestions for the clock and also remembered her by name when she returned to pick up the items which were ready quickly as well.

This store is far from my home so I usually order online and have the item shipped to my home for some reason the Princess Carriage Globe i I ordered was shipped to this store I was disappointed about this and had to find time to drive the 40 miles to the store during the holiday rush I showed up to the store waiting my turn and said I was there to pick up my item they searched for it and could not locate it they said it was not shipped to their store. I said I placed the order to ship to my house but the tracking says it shipped to the store and it was signed for. By this time I'm ready to cry I was so frustrated. Brandan said I would have to contact customer service to see what happened. After 30 minutes on the phone they couldn't figure out what happened either and why the store did. It have it. The customer service lady ended up having Brandan make me a new one and they would figure it later since it was an error on their part Brandan was great he corrected the mix up I ended up with my princess carriage snow globe for my princess granddaughter This store has so many nice items that I did not see online I just wished the store was closer to me Thank you Brandan for making a bad situation perfect

Had a marriage certificate case engraved for my fiancé and I. Although customer service was amazing, (Thank you Emma! Her caring & easy-going personality served us immensely) there is a reason why I listed 3 stars instead of 5: After a few visits, I notice the store manager to be consistently tardy. Engraving my marriage certificate case had to be delayed due to her tardiness. This behavior raised my concerns for the employees' well-being. As a person who used to work in retail for a few years, I empathize those who had to situate with questionable managers. I hope this review can bring awareness to this issue to see if anything is okay.

It was my lucky day to receive such extraodinary service from Jennifer. She went above and beyond to help me with the engraving which I wouldn't even expect to have it done in within an hour. I initially tried to place an order online with Vietnamese engraving but I couldn't do it because the web did not accept the accent. I decided to come into the store to purchase then take it somewhere else to get the engraving done. After talking to Jennifer, she said she could do it for me. And she got it done. It wasn't an easy task since I saw on the program, it doesn't have the Unicode for Vietnamese fonts. She had to go around, adding the special characters into the specific letters. I believe under Jennifer's management, there will be more five stars reviews in the future to replace low rating reviews under previous management. She is a great manager who knows how to provide outstanding services to customers.

So I went into this store and I was a wreck, I knew that I blew it and waited to long to get the engraving completed on time. This is not a quick thing to have done, or so I thought!! The young lady that helped me was so wonderful. I don't know how she pulled it off but my order was placed and my items were completed within 1 hour. How they did this is crazy. So thanks "sweet girl" and your Manager for helping me with our nieces Graduation gifts. THINGS REMEMBERED. VALLEY FAIR MALL

I run a large chain wine store and needed to do a special order for a VIP client on very short notice. Brandon was willing to keep the store open late for me (they stayed in the store to take my order until 8, even though they close at 7) and then rushed a large engraving order for me and had it done in just over a day so that I could make my shipping deadline. A week later, the same VIP customer requested a follow up order and Brandon again stayed late, and knocked the order out that evening for me. A special shout out to the other employees who had to stay extra with him, thank you for your patience with me.

I was shopping at the Things Remembered Store Columbia, Maryland. It was in January, the day before my wedding, and I was a bit stressed. Ifthi calmed my nerves and had excellent suggestions. He completed all my personalization's before the store closed and they were perfect.
