“This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits.I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires.Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today.
