“It was definitely a fuel distribution issue, I was betting on lines or pump. K&S has a policy as of 10/2023 of 120 to diagnose a no-start problem. Fuel line issues are particularly problematic and take a long time to verify, but they honored their policy and did a great job replacing the fuel pump. Will be back for PM soon.”

“This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits.I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires.Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today. “I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. When asked what I owe him he said nothing.I highly recommend 101 Collision Center if you are looking for friendly and fast service. “I got an appointment to take my 2013 hybrid Prius in for a diagnosis. It displayed symptoms that made me feel sure the hybrid battery was failing, and it being 10 years old, that didn't surprise me. I was fretting that I would have to come up with the big bucks to replace the hybrid battery. Everything I looked at on the internet told me that it would cost around $5000. I agreed to pay the small fee for the diagnostic test that would pinpoint the problem. Fifteen minutes later, I got the news that it wasn't my car's hybrid battery at all, but the regular battery! Yes! A huge sigh of relief. It would cost a fraction of a fraction of what a hybrid battery would cost! They went ahead and replaced the battery and gave me a bill for the cost of the battery, taking off the initial diagnostic fee. Plus tax. That's it! Thank you guys! I will be returning whenever I need car care and I will recommend your business to my friends and whoever reads this. As an almost-70 yr old woman, alone, I appreciate your kindness, professionalism, promptness and generosity. Merry Christmas to you too!”

“I generally don't leave reviews for non-food businesses but had to leave a shoutout here for Mike.Found this place on Yelp. We had an issue with the coolant leaking in the A4 (2013) for over 3 months, and our way to work around it was to top it up with water before we took the car out. When the leakage became persistent (frequent low coolant warnings), I gave them a call and Mike asked me to bring the car in for a visual inspection the very morning.He gave us a reasonable estimate (even the tiniest of parts in german cars are so damn expensive!) and we had our car back within a day. Great service, quick turnaround time- Would highly recommend!”

“In Aug 2023 My Gen 2 Prius received the red triangle of death light. It was still driving fine so I made it home. I took it to my buddies shop and he scanned it with his OBD2 scanner. He printed out the 2 error codes I received. A quick google of the codes resulted that it was a hybrid battery issue & which cell was the issue. After some research I found Prius Hybrid Battery of San Jose. I tried giving them a call but it was a bit difficult to get a hold of a live person, but there were options to leave a message or text them. So I ended up sending them a text with my issues and sent them a picture of my OBD2 scan. They replied a while later with my options of repair. 1) $600 (repair the battery) 1 month warranty. 2) $1200 replace the battery with a refurb 1 year warranty. 3) $2600-3000 (can't remember the exact price) replace with new battery 3 year warranty.I went with the $600 quick fix option. They were really busy so it took them a few days before they could take my car in. I had a busy schedule but they were very accommodating with letting me drop of my car. I dropped off the car on a Saturday and got it back by Tue or Wed if I remember correctly. It's been 4 months since the repair and the car has been great. I would highly recommend this PHBofSJ to do your battery repairs.”

Harminder, the owner, took a look at the damage and mentioned that he needed to assess how deep it was before providing an estimate.
