My S22 Ultras screen was cracked, and they managed to repair it on the same day. However, the back was slightly misplaced, but they fixed it in 5 or so minutes. It was a pretty fast and good experience.

I needed the battery for my Pixel 4a replaced as I had a very poor battery life after 3 years. I called this location to get a battery, they said that they placed an order. I called a couple times that week to check on the status, was told that the battery was on its way. Then the last time I called was told that they had no record the battery was ordered, that I would need to come in to place the order. Annoying, but OK.The battery was delivered, I dropped off my phone mid-day and picked it up in the evening. I paid, the phone was handed to me, no information regarding the repair or the status of my phone. After getting my phone home and inspecting it further, it became clear that the adhesive gasket for the screen was sticking out of the seam, and the screen itself was protruding about half a millimeter from the body of the phone (significant for phones this thin),enough that I could see thru it when looking for the side, I could pull it off with my fingernail if I tried.I brought the phone back the next day, explaining the issue. The employee acknowledged the issue and took the phone back to correct it. After a day of leaving the device at the repair shop and not hearing back, I showed up to check on the repair. The phone was returned to me with the adhesive no longer visible, but the screen was still proud of the phone body, enough to see the edge of the glass when viewed from the side. I was told this was the best they could do, and to not get my phone wet because it was no longer water resistant. They offered to perform a non-OEM gluing of the phone, which I rejected. The state of the repair and the risks were never communicated or agreed upon. If I had known my phone could have been returned in its current state I would not have paid for the repair service, I would have saved my money to put towards a new phone instead.

Great service at a great price. Friend and helpful staff. Devon was nice and easy to work with. They asked me what the problem was and listens to my situation in full, helped me chose the best solution and got it done fast. If I ever need their services, I'll be sure to go again. I highly recommend them

I fixed my phone screen twice at this place and spent a total of more than $600 for their services. In order to prevent future damage, I asked if they would help put a screen protector on my phone. I was told that they can not guarantee that there would be no air bubbles and that they would charge me $20. Wow, thank you for your kind services, but i would rather do it myself. So lame and stingy.

I called to see if they had a replacement screen in stock for iPhone 11. The gentleman (Ghafor) was very pleasant and helpful. Said they had a 3rd party and Apple option in stock (BIG price difference so I appreciated he didn’t just try to sell me the most $$ one). I dropped phone off at 4:45 and he was done by 6. Also got a screen protector and protective case all for $200 and phone looks brand new. I am very pleased with this experience.

Ghafor and Edward are such blessings I explain enough how much these two men helped me spend a lot of time with me. They didn’t have to do that. I recommend everybody coming to the store and get the best customer service ever trust me and they didn’t pay me to say this.

Very pleased with the service. Easy to create the appointment and they quickly figured out the problem. Even though they were not able to fix the phone they got the process started with Google.

Come in today to get the screen replaced for my Samsung galaxy tab s7 that i use for work. Eastern European guy behind the counter tells me that because they partnered with samsung they cannot fix the tablet which makes zero sense. I called up another location and they said they are able to do it.Dude just seems like he doesn't want to actually work and the way he was dismissive of the two customers before me makes me come to the same conclusion

I am very satisfied with the courtesy and service rendered by UBreakIFix. My laptop was stuck and overheating and generally being a stressful piece of technology so I took it in and was relieved and happy to drop it off with them. They were able to solve the problem in a few hours and explained the whole thing to me. I'm not technical but I know when there are exceptionally good computer techs who know what they're doing. Thank you very much, guys.

They fixed and cleaned my old iPhone when it was malfunctioning with a dirty charging port, I wasn't aware that the phone's battery needed servicing until I was asked to check it, I'm glad they got a replacement battery. It's worth the wait and investment for good service and quality!

I was charging my Samsung A52 5G in my work truck, as I always do. It had only been charging for 20 minutes. I got out to make a delivery (5 minutes). When I came back to the van, my phone was making a sound I had never heard it make before. It was a warning that said, the phone had detected moisture and was shutting down apps. The moisture it was detecting was the rubber of the charging cable that was melting. Apparently the cord had shorted out and was melting into the charging port. I tried to pull the cord out of the phone, but it separated from connector, which was stuck in the port of the phone. By the time I got home the connector was like welded into the port. It took my son and I about an hour of pulling with the pliers to get the connector out, and when it came out, it didn't come alone. Pins from the port came with it. The next day, I took the phone to Geek Squad. The Geek told me that, they had been instructed by Samsung to return any and all spare parts for the A52 5G phones to them, and Not to repair any of these phones. He suggested that I try U break, I fix. I took the phone to the store in Santa Clara at Scott and El Camino. When I showed my phone to the guy at the counter, he gave it the once over, looked it up and down, looked into the port and said; Nope. Sorry, cant do anything for you. The problem goes all the way down to the motherboard. This phone is basically useless, Sorry. And handed it back to me. When I told my son what had happened, he asked if he could try fixing it. I said, sure, why not!He found the Charging Port board and a new back plate on Amazon. Total price for both parts, with required tools, plus 2-day shipping, for under $35.00. When the parts arrived, it took him less than an hour and a half to put my phone back together. I'm thinking about starting a company called, U break it, My Son Can Fix It. He can pick-up all the customers, that U break, turns away. Save your self some time. Find another Repair shop, or a Teenager.

Would highly recommend not coming here. Was told my phone would be fixed in two hours. I came back to get my phone and was told they didn't have the part they needed to fix my phone(camera lenses). Its safe to assume they didn't even look at my phone until I came in to retrieve it. I even provided them another number that they could have called to inform me that they did not have the parts they needed. For transparency, I'd recommend going to the mall where they fix your phone right in front of you. I came here instead because it's closer to me, truly regret it.
