Been on a hunt for a dinning table that sat 8 people or more and bar stools looked around and got ridiculous amounts and they wer not the style we wer looking for and also not even an attempt to help us,mind you we also live in scotts valley so shopping around made it really hard, but when I came into the store we wer greeted right away and asked what we wer looking for and also allowed us to look freely then when we had questions NELSON was the guy to help us, he didn't come just tryna sale us things he was real and also mind you we came in with our 4 kids and also was welcoming to them anyways we found something we wer able to make our own set and we just loved it and for a really affordable price, he also delivered to us within the same week and had them install everything and they wer kind as well, would definitely come back here for more furniture, honestly loved everything about this experience

Sharing on behalf of my husband’s experience: This company is the definition of a horrible experience! Back in April 2022, I purchased several furniture items totaling $2550 (including a sofa). Fast forward to Jan 2023, the couch (even though it had normal wear and tear) had broken beyond repair - signaling a faulty product. I went personally to the store and shared the issue with them - they were very cold, not understanding and frankly, blatantly rude. After much negotiation they eventually said that they will replace the sofa after inspecting it. It took 3 weeks (and 5 separate phone calls) for them to come and pick up the sofa to take back to the vendor for their required inspection. Within those 5 phone calls, they shared that they had 'continued to reach out to the factory, but the factory never got back to them'.Early April 2023, they approved the replacement stating that I could reorder the same one - or select another and pay the difference (I chose the latter). While we looked, I selected one and the salesperson verbatim stated 'this is not good quality, it will break just like your last one'. I then selected another valued $600 more (how convenient for them). I was told that they would have to special order, and it would arrive on or before May 16, 2023. From May 16-26 (and taking my money promptly for the replacement), I called them 6 separate times in that window - no couch had yet to be delivered. They had a myriad of excuses as to why, yet failed to give me a definitive date on when I could expect my product I had already paid for. Eventually, they stated it would be delivered May 27 between 10a-12p. The day of, they called and stated their previously quoted delivery window was not going to work - instead it had to be moved to 4pm. 4pm came, no couch.At that point, frustrated, I told them to cancel my order to which they replied they do not do refunds they only do replacement (not a solution, as it got us in this mess in the first place). On May 29, I asked for an update, telling them to make it right. They informed me that the Manager would contact me on May 31. It is now June 5, and I have yet to recieve a call from this business or it's manager and I still don't have a couch.From the moment I walked into their establishment, their quality of customer service has been poor at best. They communicate in circles, with no resolution in sight. I want to emphasize how rude they have been this entire process - condescending, unhelpful and dismissive. Do not spend your money here - you will regret it.

So far when I bought my furniture from Nelson from their Santa Clara branch, everything thing went good. I got a very good customer service . I would say he is knowledgeable and sincere and will be able to give the right recommendations. Hopefully, I will still get a good after market treatment. Definitely will write again if I dont.

I am trying to reach the owner as the manager refuses to have them contact me about the poor quality and business there. We paid for a bed that was damaged. We have waited for 3 months to get "parts" to fix the bed and keep being told that the parts are coming from overseas and will be a few more weeks. The manager keeps telling me he has made a decision on this and will not allow me to speak to the owner This place is a scam and sells broken furniture and refuses to fix. I asked for a tracking number to verify if the parts have been ordered and he can't provide that as well. If the owner sees this I would like u to contact me

The gentleman was super helpful. I actually called because I saw a couch for another website and asked them to price match and he was more than happy to. They also delivered on the 4th floor of my apartment and did it with ease. I'd def buy from them again if I was searching for another couch. They also had measuring tapes up in the front to use.

Calling them back to take my bed frame back. I’ve never seen anyone cut the accordion slats and now the whole frame is compromised. This is only day 1. Yea, not cool!!

So I spent $1400+ on a new bed frame. It's cal king and it comes with slats that are banded together. The installer cuts all the slats from being together. Which just totally compromised the bed frame and claims it's a bad design and I should get bunkie boards. Mind you, the slats also have in the center of them, a floor support in the middle as there is nothing supporting the cal king in the middle of the frame and now no supported slats which are also supposed to be screwed in and flush with the rest of the frame. I want my money back and will never buy from this place AGAIN!!

There is a asian ethnicity guy gives bad costumer servive.. well i am spending my hard money and giving u business still u dont know how to treat ur coustomer .. if u dont buy what he says to buy then u will get hard time from this guy… DONT EVER COME HERE FREINDS

Very friendly employees, they helped us find a new dresser and even gave my son a little bag of chips. The dresser was delivered sooner than expected, I'm a happy customer.
