Like others have mentioned, the guy working here is very rude, right off the bat, for no discernable reason. I attempted to return an Amazon "Try Before You Buy" set of clothes, that are multiple items tied to one QR code. He refused to take more than one item, and was extremely rude the entire time. I now go out of my way to go to other locations.

The UPS store itself is good.Not crowded,clean and staff is kind.But Parking gate is troublesome.I mistakenly got into the parking without ticket and when I get out,I explained about that to the help desk.The parking lady is so unkind and she never opened the gate and hang up the phone.So I put the lost ticket button and get out.Was it charged later?

Exceeded my expectation. Went above and beyond.This happened couple of months ago. I had a rental equipment sent to this store for a photography gig. I went to pick it up the morning after it was delivered to the store. Jordan(?) told me that unfortunately the store was not able to keep the shipment and had sent it back to the distribution center.I was upset that they didn't let me know about this in advanced. I explained to him the importance of that shipment and he immediately called the distribution center asking them to send the shipment back to the store and within an hour I had the shipment in my hand.Jordan went above and beyond. He was able to use his connections to identify where the package was and had it delivered back to the store. Thanks to Jordan, I was able to complete my gig that day.

Very rude service. When I walked in saying good morning, he didn’t say anything back but signed loudly as if I was making his life hard. No communication at all.

It's difficult to find the place but that's not the staff's fault. There's signs to follow around behind the hotel. Unfortunately UPS, DMV, and the airport always has the most unhappiest consumers. Stay strong Jason, you're the best.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this UPS store.The staff are very rude and they have an attitude problem. They just don’t want to help or answer you.I had a pathetic experience coming here to do an Amazon Drop Off.Never coming back.

Jason (the owner) is the best! He knows what size boxes you need, can estimate the weight even without a scale, and packs everything super well! He is also very up front with cost and options, so you can decide if and how you want to ship. This is the only UPS store I go to!

Was here to return an Amazon package. The lady here was nice. For parking, they bumped up the leeway to 30 minutes.

Poor service in general. Had my husband drop off an Amazon package for return with QR code for me b/c I had my kids in the car. It was in a plastic package. They won't accept the package and offer to sell him a package to re-pack. There was not a box when the shipman came, it was in an amazon's plastic bag. So not sure why they can't accept the item with QR code in a plastic wrap. My husband came out and told me they won't accept it. I said I can wrap it in paper wrap b/c I have it in the car if plastic is not ok. I was told it need to be in an "amazon box". I told him, as long as it's in the package, I see no issue and amazon said to pack it, not specify in a box or plastic pack. Then he proceed to tell me, "if you want me to take it the way it is then I can this tim". Then, why start all the BS in the first place trying to sell me packing materials?! This never happened at other UPS location except this location. And certainly not the first time we send things back via UPS. I didn't want this person behind me to wait while I reason with him, so I left. But would not recommend service here. They don't know what they are doing, unreasonable and rude customer service.

I come by this UPS store pretty often to mail parcels out and pretty much everyone that works here is always in a bad mood and will not greet you or have manners when helping you. Not very inviting store but hey it’s only a few minutes interaction right

Pros:-Quick in & out in under 5 mins. -The manager allowed me to pay for the shipping label the next day when there were issues with our company credit card and still shipped our package.Cons:-Staff-Store can be hard to find for first-timers. It's located inside the Marriott. -90% of the time the parking gate to exit is broken and you have to call and wait for Marriott security to open it. Long overdue review, but the negative comments about their customer service are true. I went to this location 5 days /week for the last 6 months because work required me to drive to this specific UPS. I managed a COVID testing site and needed to ship patient samples to the lab, but our company didn't allow us to purchase a printer. So I had to print and pay for shipping labels at this UPS. It made no sense financially to keep paying for shipping labels instead of approving the purchase of a printer, but it was charged on the company card so it wasn't at my expense. Not the friendliest crew. Some days the staff would say hello, but most of the time they didn't acknowledge me back after I greeted them. I used to go to this location years ago but stopped because I didn't like the attitude of one of the workers. Always made me feel unwelcomed which made it uncomfortable to go there. This year was my first time coming back since, again not my choice, and nothing has changed. Still, the same employee/now manager works there and is still unfriendly as before. I never understood the hostility of the staff considering I was a frequent customer; most of the time there wasn't a line when I arrived, and I always thanked the staff after each visit despite how awkward it was.Although I didn't experience issues with my packages reaching their destination, I wouldn't recommend going to this location. I gave it 2 stars because this review is the culmination of the 6 months I went here, in addition to my experience years prior because it's the same manager and the same issue. Unless you're visiting from out of town and staying at the Marriott and it's a one-time stop, you're better off supporting other UPS stores.
