I would NOT recommend this place. Only one window open, staff is not experienced and not well trained so there is always long waiting time. Consider nearby usps.

I opened my p.o. box here years ago, recently moved, and once I can renew I'll re-open a box closer to where I live since I can't come by on weekdays during open times. I never know when the lobby is open on weekends. Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't. I just have to drive by and check. I wish they'd just leave it unlocked, but I get not wanting people to break the boxes open. Oh well, some places do it.

Eh I guess I agree sometimes they make you wait a little too long but overall decent service and cute location with a nearby bus stop so it's the most convenient for me ever since they took away my local blue box ?. I just wish there were more blue collection boxes that accept small packages and not just envelopes near Lawrence station. It's really unfortunate they took away the ability to drop off packages since we don't really have any other blue box nearby for those of us without cars. If anyone sees this from the USPS I would love to get in contact with the postmaster to see if we could get a new collection box that accepts packages
