The postal service worker called me because he was holding some mail for me because I moved. He was very polite. I am thankful he took the time in his busy squedule to call me a second time.

The lady at the front counter is very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I went in almost 3 weeks ago to get a new mailbox key, and she said it would take a week to receive a new key. And that my mail would be held due to not having access to my mailbox. My informed delivery says I’ve been receiving mail for the last few weeks , and the lady at the counter is screaming at me telling me there’s no mail, when clearly I can see my mail is being delivered. This lady needs to be replaced asap, because she is not helpful whatsoever and rather scream at you , saying it’s not her problem.

I’m really disappointed with how things have been handled regarding Manjiz. I’ve seen her act unprofessionally, including coming into my home during work hours, on multiple occasions, and behaving inappropriately with a coworker. Packages are not safe with her as she shares sensitive information about residents. I’ve tried several times to make an official complaint, but my efforts were blocked, especially since she’s a supervisor. Even Dilly, another supervisor, retaliated by threatening the coworker that they would lose their job based this information being shared. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures accountability and professionalism among its staff.

Perfect place to come to if you want to get yelled at by the person at the counter. An important mail not delivered? It's your fault - you should pick up the mail.
Need help with anything? How silly can you be that you need help.
Show them evidence on informed delivery that something was supposed to arrive earlier? You're the fool for believing the Internet.

Day 1: I was informed to PICK UP my package, but after arrived, they said I should either PICK UP WITH STICKERS or just waiting for delivery at home.Day 4: The sender was informed that usps failed to deliver my package, saying no one was at home. But NO STICKER LEFT ON THE DOOR.Today: I called them and they said I should PICK UP WITHOUT STICKERS.Cool Place

They have terrible service. It's been a month since I changed my address. I went to grab the keys to the mailbox. And pure turns in vain. It is the worst post office I have ever had to go to for any service. They have no staff and never answer the phone. To date I still don't have keys to the mail...

Manjeet is not someone who should be in any type of managerial position whatso ever. I went in to discuss a lost package and the fact I have not received a single piece of mail in over a week. Perhaps two. I was expecting 2 checks and that package on Monday. She called me a liar stating it was scanned at my address when it wasn't received. Company refuses to refund as it says delivered although I never got it and I was home that day. She became extremely rude, raised her voice and incredibly aggressive tone stating since it was delivered nothing she can do. This was after she was suppossed to call me back 5 hours prior which she stated she knew nothing about, again calling me a liar when I was specifically awaiting a call back from her. She did not care I haven't gotten mail in almost 2 weeks, she is unable to handle her workload or responsibilities as a manager. It's no wonder this is the worst postal hub on the planet with her running it. She should be fired from her position, as she prefers to enrage the community instead of actually doing her job. She doesn't care about Santa Clara residents not getting their mail or the safety of USPS staff. She is obviously there for the check alone not to do an adequate job. She put all the employees onsite at risk, if I was someone to take revenge over how horribly I was treated when reporting mail issues. That are their fault making it like I am the issue because I am trying to find out where my mail is going.

Great service by Sonia! I had a little confusion over a package hold at this usps location due to custom fees. The package was in the process of being shipped back because I was late to pick it up. Sonia helped me with the whole process and she called me twice to confirm some details. I really appreciate the great service. It's almost I like to see a great service like this nowadays. Thank you so much again!

Went today to request a rekey on my mailbox. Lady at the fromt was very helpful. They open at 9am Mon-Saturday. To rekey it costs $35 and will take some time. Since it is not a retail office, they do not take credit cards; bring cash.
