Day 1: I was informed to PICK UP my package, but after arrived, they said I should either PICK UP WITH STICKERS or just waiting for delivery at home.Day 4: The sender was informed that usps failed to deliver my package, saying no one was at home. But NO STICKER LEFT ON THE DOOR.Today: I called them and they said I should PICK UP WITHOUT STICKERS.Cool Place

They have terrible service. It's been a month since I changed my address. I went to grab the keys to the mailbox. And pure turns in vain. It is the worst post office I have ever had to go to for any service. They have no staff and never answer the phone. To date I still don't have keys to the mail...

Manjeet is not someone who should be in any type of managerial position whatso ever. I went in to discuss a lost package and the fact I have not received a single piece of mail in over a week. Perhaps two. I was expecting 2 checks and that package on Monday. She called me a liar stating it was scanned at my address when it wasn't received. Company refuses to refund as it says delivered although I never got it and I was home that day. She became extremely rude, raised her voice and incredibly aggressive tone stating since it was delivered nothing she can do. This was after she was suppossed to call me back 5 hours prior which she stated she knew nothing about, again calling me a liar when I was specifically awaiting a call back from her. She did not care I haven't gotten mail in almost 2 weeks, she is unable to handle her workload or responsibilities as a manager. It's no wonder this is the worst postal hub on the planet with her running it. She should be fired from her position, as she prefers to enrage the community instead of actually doing her job. She doesn't care about Santa Clara residents not getting their mail or the safety of USPS staff. She is obviously there for the check alone not to do an adequate job. She put all the employees onsite at risk, if I was someone to take revenge over how horribly I was treated when reporting mail issues. That are their fault making it like I am the issue because I am trying to find out where my mail is going.

No valuable information, the change of address services are horrible. They said they couldn't process it even if I provided all the materials needed.

Great service by Sonia! I had a little confusion over a package hold at this usps location due to custom fees. The package was in the process of being shipped back because I was late to pick it up. Sonia helped me with the whole process and she called me twice to confirm some details. I really appreciate the great service. It's almost I like to see a great service like this nowadays. Thank you so much again!

Went today to request a rekey on my mailbox. Lady at the fromt was very helpful. They open at 9am Mon-Saturday. To rekey it costs $35 and will take some time. Since it is not a retail office, they do not take credit cards; bring cash.

This post office IS THE WORST PLACE OF THE UNITED STATE . Really bad post delivery women always put the mail wrong address. Is the really bad bad bad I have problems all time with my payment lost.

I went there to order a mailbox key after the previous one was lost. The lady was very nice and efficient. The whole process was done in 3 min.

Sign says "no retail service" which means you can't ship packages or buy stamps.

Does anyone know if I can have a package delivered to the Post Office Franklin Mall using their address. I have a PO Box but I can't use a PO box and I can't use my own address because no one will be home. I waited over an hour for USPS to call back and the man on the other end said for me to call Frankin Mall Post Office, that number was their Fax number so it is a waste of time trying to call the USPS. Any one know?

The only staff was nice and friendly but their system is super slow. There were only two people waiting in the line when I arrived but I still waited 15 minutes to get my 1 small package. At this rate, the entire station can only handle 84 packages per day. They need a better way to index and find the packages.

When u call no one answers so why have a phone number and then they tell you there going to call when and if your package is there so you have to get up and drive there …….
