I came here super excited to get my passport pictures taken, because this is the closest location to my work. At the beginning the staff was really busy and someone from the team was in training. But after a couple minutes of waiting, a lady by the name of Prisela offered to help me take my passport pictures. I saved gas and time by not going to another Walgreens store, as I was already rejected at the one in Milpitas.

I am a long - time Walgreens store customer and this rates among their best of their stores anywhere. Service is great as well and the pharmacy is busy / friendly at the same time. Great!

What is wrong with the employees at the location? Christina the Lead clerk working tonight is so unprofessional, it's not my fault that you aren't paying attention to me when I'm reading you my email and it definitely is not the "stupid ass touchscreen" fault. There was also an employee who was collecting the carts from the parking lot and she cut me off then had the nerves to look at me like I did her wrong. This is exactly why I don't like shopping at Walgreens.

Well, well, well, Walgreens! Who would've thought this place would be my nightmare-free zone? With all these shelves stocked full of remedies and medications, I couldn't help but stop by. Here's my take: Pros: Wide Selection: From painkillers to sleep aids, you've got it all. It's like a dream come true for someone like me. Friendly Staff: The employees were surprisingly awake and attentive, despite my usual sleep-deprived look. Kudos to them! Convenient Hours: Open late? You've got my attention! The night shift is where it's at. Cons: No Dream Suppressants: I couldn't find anything to suppress those pesky nightmares. Maybe consider expanding your supernatural section? Lack of Glove Accessories: As a glove enthusiast, I was hoping to find some sharp accessories. Disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for everyday essentials or a late-night haunt, Walgreens is the place to be. Just remember, sleep is overrated, and nightmares can strike anywhere!

This store is filthy, the entrance is full of old gum stuck to the floor. Cluttered with leaves and trash. Honestly these people don't know what a Broom is.The pharmacy is always out of what ever I need. C'mon you are a Pharmacy 1st not a connivence market. The clerks act like it's a bother to greet me, and help me. Why don't they keep a decent amount of pharmaceutical medicine on hand? They are constantly running out of medication that I need to stay alive and don't really care how it affects the customer. Rude help. I don't ever remember getting this kind of treatment at Payless or Thrifty in years past

This Walgreens is one of the best in the area, if not the best. It is organized and neatly put together during busy seasons like Christmas, Halloween, and Black Friday. The staff are always friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you find what you're looking for promptly while being very polite and providing insight on over-the-counter medicine that we may need to familiarize ourselves with. They make all their policies very clear and have greatly improved them in the last year, making them readily accessible to anyone with questions. Even during stressful situations where customers might be irritated with a long line and take it out on the cashiers, they remain calm and collected to keep the line moving. This one is for the customers, to you troglodytes that take out your frustration on the staff of this establishment; they are humans too, making a few extra bucks so they can live in this expensive area and don't deserve your disrespect. If you took the time to get to know them instead of belittling them for doing their job, you might gain a few brain cells in your noggin and empathize with them. Also, to the guy that kept giving one of the main cashiers shit over asking for ID on the purchase of wine the other night, ID laws are NOT new. They have been in place for decades now. Even if you don't want to believe it when you walk in at the door and the registers, their policy reads, "We card everyone." Open your eyes instead of crying to a cashier who is simply doing their job and ensuring you, and them don't get jail time for your lack of competence and severe entitlement. Anyone who has spent even a modicum of time working in retail knows not to give customer service workers shit because, ultimately, it's up to the worker to decide if they want to help you or remove you from the store for harassment. Thankfully for all you Karens and Kevins out there, the employees here take a lot of harassment before snapping and telling you to leave, but that doesn't mean you should do it. To the employees of this Walgreens, from previous experience of working in retail myself, I understand some of the frustration you all may experience on a day-to-day basis, but do not let it be the reason you all stop being good people, we need more kind hard working people out there like all of you. Thank you for being amazing and exceptionally talented at doing your jobs.

I just want to write about something that made me really uncomfortable. Y'all need to remember that while you are absolutely probably feeling tired and out of it by the end of the day, making customers uncomfortable should never be one of the possible routes to take, especially when no such need arises.I walked in 30 minutes before they closed to grab 3 things from one aisle. I was the only person who came in, and was greeted by a cashier. I went straight to the aisle and looked through my choices when that cashier went on the speaker system and said, while chuckling, that the store closes at 10pm and that it is currently 9:32pm, so any customers that are "shopping" should hurry up and finish -- they open again tomorrow."She repeated herself a BUNCH, laughed, and turned off the speaker. Really made the whole interaction of me paying stupidly awkward for her.The fact that I was the only one there, I JUST walked in, and I was there with plenty of time for them to close was just not cool. I get it, you probably had an exhausting day behind you, maybe you were really hungry and dying to go get dinner already -- but that moment was a mean girl moment, and there was no cause for it. At the end of the day, sometimes people may take their time at the end of your shifts. If you're closed, then you can tell them about how you open again tomorrow. If you're still open, don't say that. That's unprofessional and rude.

This store is extremely disorganized. I ordered an item online and came for a pick up. Turns out the store does not carry the item. It was so frustrating to drive all the way here to pick up a thing which wasn't available. Even the staff didn't do much to help me. They kept pawning me off to someone else. No one wanted to take responsibility for anything. I spoke to 4 different employees and still didn't figure it out. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

I was here for passport photos. I got in during lunch time on a Tuesday, they helped me right away. Took the photos on the spot, and it was ready in less than 15min. I wasn't even finish browsing the store yet.The cost was $14.99 for US passport 2x2. Employees were polite and efficient. Highly recommend coming here for passport photos.

I waited 50 minutes to get my covid vaccine shot. It seemed the pharmacist will not come out to give shots until certain number of people are waiting. If this is what they are doing, I think their reservation system needs change. It would have been better to just open maybe about 5 spots for 1 hour time slot than opening appointment time for every 15 minutes.

F-this Walgreens. The place is dirty and filthy outside and they are only taking cash at the registers. Such an inconvenience when you are on the go!! I will never come here again.

One of the female staff who are in charge of the photo department is very rude. There were some issues so it took a bit longer for us to get our passport photos. She did not want to answer our questions and interrupted when other staff was helping us.
