Pharmacist is so rude!!!! Tried to charge me way too much for syringes for diabetes. I'll never be coming back here. This pharmacist needs to be fired.

JUST DON'T GO THERE.I went to pick my prescription after two hours from seeing my the health provider. Asked about if my prescription is ready and the pharmacist literally said "ok we will start to prepare your prescription, and please come back in 30 minutes". Excuse me? Shouldn't you be ready a lot earlier???

Rude staff and bad experience for vaccination.Booked an MMR&varicella vaccine appointment for immigration purpose. Staff didn't remind me of the risks of getting MMR vaccine before pregnancy, although I answered yes to the pregnancy question in the questionnaire. When I tried to double check with the staff (doctor?), she blamed me for not checking with my doctor before the appointment. And she couldn't use the shot for another patient because she had no MMR appointment on the same day. She pushed me to get the vaccine and even asked me getting green card is more important than having a baby. I rejected the shot after learning the risks. She walked out of the room straight away.

Came for routine vax shot. made an appointment. stood in a long line. told to wait to get called. got back in line after 45min. still waiting as they figure out what to do. plan for a multi hour ordeal if you come to this walgreens.

This Walgreens location is pathetic. They don't care about patients and their health. Somebody from higher management needs to look into this immediately and take the necessary action for the pharmacy department. Otherwise, they will soon loose many customers around this prime area where it's a housing boom. This is a review of the pharmacy department which is as lazy as a sloth bear. My prescriptions weren't filled on time. I went to the store directly and have been told that the medicine will be filled only the next day evening. It's not just me, but a line of customers having same problem that their prescription is not ready. Most of us are having medical conditions that need timely consumption of medication. So, people miss doses because this pharmacy doesn't fill on time nor gives them information on when it will be ready. The automated phone just tells prescription is being processed. But, unless customer comes and checks with store, they will not know that their prescription is never looked at all. We aren't coming within an hour of doctor sending the prescription, there is no information about when it will be filled via a text or email from our prescription profile on record. I saw that the staff count inside the pharmacy is really good compared to what I saw in CVS where only 1 pharmacist used to fill a lot of prescriptions with a smile. I never had prescription wait issues in CVS. But this Walgreens location near Flora Vista is inefficient.

Bad experience for vaccine. We had the appointment in advance but still end up with waiting for almost 45 mins.There was no guideline to instruct how to check in for vaccine appointment, finally we found some staff told us we need to wait in the same line for pharmacy. After we waited to check in, there is another long wait until nurse is ready for vaccine. Not good experience, not recommend to go here.

I used to come here for my medications until the pharmacy wait times became unbearable and didn't make any sense. So today I came here because they had something the other Walgreens didn't have that I needed to get as a gift for my relatives when I fly down to visit them for thanksgiving. After I finished paying for my stuff the lady took my receipt and ripped it up. I was really shocked when she did this so I took my stuff and the ripped receipt to the other cash register to ask to return everything and repay for it so I could get a new receipt since they didn't have a way to reprint my original receipt. The guy he huffed and puffed at me when I asked him to help me with this but proceeded to scan my things anyways and printed out a voided transaction slip. I didn't trust him but let him rescan my stuff anyways. So he mishandled my Ghirardelli chocolate snowman bag and I wasn't happy with that and told him I was gonna get another one that was going to be less damaged. So when I came back he handled my chocolate bag a little more carefully this time when he scanned it but now my issue was with my $4 that I already paid with the previous cashier. I said I wanted to pay for my items with the $4 cash I had plus the $5 cash reward I slip I had received from the other Walgreens that said if I spent $15 I could get another $5 but didn't understand why they couldn't just use that $5 and deduct it from my total. Eventually the store manager came and just gave me $5 so I talked to her and asked how come I couldn't get that deducted in my total? So to my understanding I only get the $5 as a rewards credit and not a cash reward or something. And I got $5 cash anyways but didn't know why it couldn't just be taken out of my original total so I wouldn't have to pay for basically everything twice since my refunds usually take a long time to be put back into my bank account and felt like I was losing money because of this. And I needed all the money I could get to use for my trip because I haven't had any money to go on any trips anywhere for several years and now that I finally do I felt like I was just losing money. The manager lady who gave me the $5 pretended to be kind and said sarcastically, OKAY GOOD BYE and HAVE A GOOD DAY when we were finished talking but I also wasn't at all happy about the way she talked to me either but I just felt disrespected and left and began writing this review. I knew I wouldn't find better customer service here but at least I still wanted to give them a chance to make things better. I guess they have a right to be rude and provide hostile and unfair customer service after making mistakes and I don't have a right to better service if they don't feel like it. So yeah that's my recent experience and I thought they couldn't get worse.

Bad, bad, bad...pharmacy boarded up 2 hours before closing time because no workers. Having to call practically all pharmacies in the area to get prescription filled. And of course nobody's picking up, because everyone is spilling over into the small handful of Walgreens pharmacies that are apparently operational. I guess there's always the ER!

i went here to pick up my son's medicine. So,the pharmacy technician name Cecilia had to reconstitute the medicine with water. So she had to open the bottle. Prior to that, i saw her picked her nose and didn't wash her hands right after touching her nose or before opening the medicine bottle. She should know better. How can i now give this medicine to my son?!

Pharmacy in this location is slow, inefficient and pharmacists are not knowledgeable about meds and system process. Bottom line they are slow as turtles.

Walgreens, what a nightmare of a store! My experience at this place was scarier than a night in Elm Street. First of all, the staff acted like they were in a horror movie, not willing to help or even make eye contact. Customer service? More like customer disservice! And don't even get me started on the pharmacy. Waiting in line for prescriptions felt like an eternity in the dream world, and they kept messing up my orders! Freddy Krueger doesn't have time for that nonsense. But wait, there's a silver lining to this nightmare! There's another Walgreens location just down the road, and it's like a beacon of hope in the darkness. The staff there is actually friendly, and they get my prescriptions right the first time. Plus, the store is cleaner and better organized. It's almost like stepping out of a nightmare into a pleasant dream. So, if you're in the area and need to visit Walgreens, do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the plague. Head to the one down the road for a much better shopping experience, or Freddy might just pay you a visit in your dreams!

I used this Walgreens as my primary pharmacy for 2-3 years due to the convenient location. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy from now on.Staff are nice and helpful enough but rarely is a prescription pickup fast. It’s consistently taken 20+ minutes to get a prescription either due to long lines or some other issue with the pharmacy. I elect to go during off hours as well.This last time a pickup took about 40 minutes as they had lost my prescription that had been filled the same day. They ended up transferring my prescription to another Walgreens where I had to wait some time as well.

The guy who was the "shift lead" apparently, was very rude. When we went to the photo counter to ask about Schengen visa photo pricing, he literally replied saying "I don't know what that is" in a rude tone without asking us nicely in case he didn't know.
