Terrible office, avoid it at all cost!!1. About a year ago I went with my husband to open a bank account, they asked us to wait for a few minutes and someone will assist us. They did not offer us to take a seat or anything like it. After 45 mins of us standing in the middle of the office and nobody coming to help us, we just decided to leave. When we were walking out the door someone rushed to ask us to stay, because they will be taking care of us shortly. We obviously did not stay a second longer. Btw, the offices was almost empty, it is not that it was rush hour and office was packed. Is that the way you treat new customers? Way to go!!2. This month my husband went with his parents to open a bank account for them. First time they attempted to go, office was closed. Second time, there was no banker in the office so they couldn’t assist them with opening the account. Third time, my husband requested for them to get a credit card along with opening the bank account, the lady that helped them literally said that they cannot give them a credit card and that they should go to Bank of America, which is down the street, and then come back. Come back where exactly?!?! What a waste of time, literally 3 days of work wasted because they do not know how to do their job…

Took time off to take an elderly friend to close his safe deposit account at this branch but was told that he has to make an appointment because their bankers only work with appointments at the bank. No exception for disabled seniors or handicapped. No bathroom facilities for customers either. Again no exception for seniors or handicapped.Things are definitely not looking better since the fake account scandal.

I find Wells Fargo in general has very good customer service and the branches are well-staffed. different experience at Bank of america or US bank.
