  Waited a long time for the only customer service representative to help me, while 4 tellers were helping 2 customers at the teller's booths.

  It is a nice branch but I have been there a couple of times and they couldn't help me. Their back-office sucks big time.

  Really disappointing they're no longer open on Saturdays. Not one Wells Fargo is open on Saturdays.
