I just want to write about something that made me really uncomfortable. Y'all need to remember that while you are absolutely probably feeling tired and out of it by the end of the day, making customers uncomfortable should never be one of the possible routes to take, especially when no such need arises.I walked in 30 minutes before they closed to grab 3 things from one aisle. I was the only person who came in, and was greeted by a cashier. I went straight to the aisle and looked through my choices when that cashier went on the speaker system and said, while chuckling, that the store closes at 10pm and that it is currently 9:32pm, so any customers that are "shopping" should hurry up and finish -- they open again tomorrow."She repeated herself a BUNCH, laughed, and turned off the speaker. Really made the whole interaction of me paying stupidly awkward for her.The fact that I was the only one there, I JUST walked in, and I was there with plenty of time for them to close was just not cool. I get it, you probably had an exhausting day behind you, maybe you were really hungry and dying to go get dinner already -- but that moment was a mean girl moment, and there was no cause for it. At the end of the day, sometimes people may take their time at the end of your shifts. If you're closed, then you can tell them about how you open again tomorrow. If you're still open, don't say that. That's unprofessional and rude.

This store is extremely disorganized. I ordered an item online and came for a pick up. Turns out the store does not carry the item. It was so frustrating to drive all the way here to pick up a thing which wasn't available. Even the staff didn't do much to help me. They kept pawning me off to someone else. No one wanted to take responsibility for anything. I spoke to 4 different employees and still didn't figure it out. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

This is for the pharmacy.I had to contact the pharmacy for issues about my insurance. I faced long call wait times, and I've been hung up on without being answered after waiting for 15 minutes multiple times.When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, I was hung up on before I could ask all my questions.Perhaps it's just staffing issues causing the long wait times, but being hung up on when I'm already talking to an associate is rude and frustrating.In person, they are fine.

They messed up activating my gift card and now don't want to give my money back or at least try to reactivate the card that was wrongly activated or activate a new one. Said go to Apple and get gift card help but Apple said the store didn't activate the card correctly and even voided it so there's a zero dollar balance. Walgreens customer service or gift card team lied after seeing the receipts and activation slips and the messed up card and could see the numbers matching but still had the tenacity to say they don't match when they're lying between their teeth. Resubmitted all documents and waiting for them to continue cheating me and scamming me out of my $14.50 because they messed up and don't want to admit to it. This is a simple thing that's been done correctly before at many Target, Walgreens and 7-11 locations. Never had any issues until this girl at this particular Walgreens messed up my gift card activation. The pharmacy is the only place with still decent people.

This location is decent in size compared to others around and if you pay attention throughout the store, you can find some great deals through weekly specials and clearance markdowns. They aren't always stocked very well which can get kinda annoying especially with sale items and even more so when their coolers aren't properly functioning as they should be. If they were a tad bit quicker at helping customers with locked up items I'd have have no problem rating them higher, but they have some stuff to figure out.

I was here for passport photos. I got in during lunch time on a Tuesday, they helped me right away. Took the photos on the spot, and it was ready in less than 15min. I wasn't even finish browsing the store yet.The cost was $14.99 for US passport 2x2. Employees were polite and efficient. Highly recommend coming here for passport photos.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy.I called in a pharmacy transfer last minute and the pharmacist (I can't remember her name) was so kind and fulfilled my order very quickly. She called my original Walgreens location for my prescription and went above and beyond to help me get my medication before my trip.The pharmacist also assisted with my check out process and was really kind. She was very informative about what to expect and gave me advice for my trip on what to do! Was really happy with my experience :)

I so far have good experience with this store. The pick up order was smooth and all items I ordered were fully fulfilled. A cashier man brought me my order and I didn't want to take many bags he said he would come in the do the return for me. He came back in and out and did the bags refund for 20 cents. Really? With only 20 cents refund he came back to the store from the parking lot and came out giving me the receipt of my refund. At the 3460 El Camino store the cashier was too slow and lazy I asked her to apply coupons she said No, I asked her to plit my purchase into separate transactions she said No. She gets paid and doesn't want to do anything with her job lol. Here, I haven't had any issue so far especially thanks to the nice guy who was very professional with my purchases.

Worst pharmacy in the area , pharmacist and techs are incompetent. They have no idea what organization or management is and will 99% of time mess up your prescription. Take the drive to another one . Management needs to get involved and fire some of these employees.

I think the overall low rating for this Walgreens is because folks tend to leave reviews when they are unhappy with their experience, but conveniently forget to post when they get great service. Let me buck the trend here. The staff here is not only friendly but very emphatic and supportive! They not only helped find the Medicines and stuff I was looking for, but they also sneaked in some over the limit units as I needed for my family . Thank you Walgreens on El Camino and Scott inside the shopping center! You people are AWESOME!!!

Yesterday I had a flu shot appt at this Walgreen but were turned away because they told me they ran out of vaccine. Today they said they have vaccine now, so I went back to get the shot. The staff explained that they never had a shortage on flu vaccine. They were only short on Covid vaccine. How much confidence you should give a pharmacy whose staff cannot distinguish between flu and covid vaccine? What else can go wrong?

In this day and age, you hardly see such horrific customer service. I placed a prescription and Josh B. (pharmacy tech) stated it will be 25 minutes. He took everything down and told me to come back in 25 minutes. I came back in plenty of time, 45 minutes. Stood in another line, while a lady complained and stated that she was there for a pick up (like I am) and got service ahead of me. I got to the front and Trevor told me that they in fact don't have this prescription. Essentially I wasted over an hour and did not get my prescription. They didn't offer to rectify the situation in any way. They said they couldn't even mail me the prescription. I have a toddler that's waiting at home. I can't imagine any place wasting AN HOUR and then saying they don't have medication. Honestly, the worst experience in a pharmacy I ever had.

I called in advance for my prescription info and was told it will be ready pretty soon and i can go and pick it up.And then i came and ended up waiting for over an hour.
